Lighting is everything. In the right hands, a single 2700k incandescent bulb can turn a spaceship into a medieval fortress. Similarly, in the right hands, a supremely dark and flavorful malt bill can transform a regular beer into a Czech Dark Lager.

Mood Lighting, a complex, toasty, Czech-style Dark Lager, was brewed in collaboration with our friends at ColdFire Brewing Company, just in time for their annual Dark Lager Fest.

It’s a fruity, zesty, sparkling Hop Water with blackberries and lime. Made in collaboration with our friends from Seattle Indie Rock Band, Minus the Bear. In 2025 the band is back together, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album Menos el Oso with a reunion tour.

They say you should stick to what you know, which is why we got together with the brewers at Uchu to make Wormholes, a Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA with an indisputable balance of flavor, aroma, and the generative force of positive hop energies.

HAZY IPA test batch for PIZZA PALS 2025

Bagel Bytes 2.0 is the second test batch for Pizza Pals 2025, a winter seasonal collaboration with a committed Partner in Pizza. It’s a powerful Hazy IPA, smooth and aromatic enough to compliment any variety of pizza. Look for cans of Pizza Pals in 4-packs this winter and in the meantime, let us know what you think.

What’s new in this batch: Magic J yeast – a new yeast strain designed to improve beer taste and increase percentage of magic/pint.

Next up in our “Favorite Things” series is a blend of tart blonde ales, co-fermented with Malbec grapes from Quail Run’s Sophie Vineyard in Southern Oregon. Bright Copper Kettles pours a stunning crimson that previews the bold flavors to come: Classic notes of blackberry and cherry are balanced by a complex tannin structure from the oak aging and fermentation on the wine grapes.

GHOULS GOLD
CAROLINA REAPER WILD ALE W/ PNW PEACHES

Dark and malty with a little bit of roast backed by noticeable sweetness. Complex malt character with subtle earthy and spicy hop notes. Medium bodied with chocolate and sweetened coffee flavor.

Collaboration with Grains of Wrath featuring three hop formats of Mosaic, with dank contributions from Columbus Cryo and Riwaka. The Riwaka was sourced from Eggers Farms in New Zealand.

NW Juicy IPA
Vibrant, sticky, ripe citrus and tropical fruit meet a touch of the PNW forest, finishing bright and clean. Brewed with our friends in Yakima, Single Hill Brewery, this Juicy IPA sits lower on the ABV scale, but doesn’t compromise on the aromatics or flavor. Get your Squonk on!

Freight is cold fermented resulting in a crisp finish providing a reward after an honest day’s work, catching up with family and friends or just about any damn time you wish.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

Van Henion Weissbier is a German-style ale, unfiltered for a natural haze. With a smooth, bubbly sip, it features subtle notes of clove spice and ripe banana.

A Spontaneous Wild Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Syrah Grapes

This deep amber ale is extremely well balanced and very drinkable. It appeals both to the hop lover and non hop lover. This beer is duel-hopped with Cascade and Delta hops. Cheers to the Red Devil!

Inspired by the enigmatic John Mallett of Bell’s Brewery, this festive IPA is loaded with the dankest, sticky, drippy, and piney hops the Gigantic brewers could get their hands on.

Boneyard’s flagship beer is pale in color with pineapple and citrus notes. Boiled and dry hopped with 4 Northwest hop varieties.

Schwarzbier, “black beer” in German, is a light-bodied dark lager made with fine German pilsner and crystal malts. Fear not the robust nature of the traditional dark beers, for our German-style Schwarzbier finishes smooth.

Coconut Stout imparts decadent notes of macaroons, roasted espresso and homemade brownies. It’s creamy and deep with a toasty, smooth finish that begs for one more. Like comfort food you can drink.

Van Henion Kölsch is a classic German-style ale brewed true to tradition with German.

Juicy pomegranate goodness and a just a little tart to brighten up your day. We source our fresh-pressed pomegranate juice directly from growers in California because it’s the best-tasting juice you can buy. The slightly tannic pomegranate balances well with the apple sweetness of our base cider.

Our Gigantic IPA aged in Ransom Old Tom Gin barrels for 3 months. Botanicals from the gin meld perfectly with citrusy hops and subtle wood in an incredibly complex beer.

Massive quantities of marionberries are blended with a base of dry apple cider and left to age to perfection. Pouring a crystal clear magenta, this cider features Oregon’s tart, lip-smacking marionberry with a subtle fruit aroma, deep berry flavor and dry finish.

Magnanimous IPA has been a North Coast winter seasonal classic for over a decade.

This collaboration with our good friends at Earth & Sky Farm in Oregon City combines Pacific Northwest hops with generous amounts of hand-harvested Oregon Grand Fir Tips. The result is a noble blend of piney hops, evergreen aroma and the familiar warmth of ritual.

This was originally the Sweet Virginia Series beer for June 2015. Magnanimous IPA was brewed by Fort George co-owner Chris Nemlowill with some fir picking help from Tim Ensign. It became a yearly canned seasonal in November 2015.

“T’is the season for a big, malty hop bomb! We load up our holiday brew up with enough Centennials to fill Santa’s toy bag. A big malt bill provides a rich counterpoint to all those hops.”

Brewed with organic Pilsner and Munich malt, imported crystal malts, and Centennial hops.

Pours a rich mahogany with pinot noir foam. Complex aromas of crushed cherries, vanilla, dates, plum and strawberry rhubarb crisp waft invitingly. Notes of cigar, old fashioned, tamarind and tiramisu drift into a cognac and cherry pie finish.

Crux No Mo IPA
How about drinking a near beer that tastes like the real thing? Refreshingly hoppy with a familiar mouthfeel, we crafted this non-alcoholic IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops using only traditional brewing methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

Soak up the soft golden rays of an inviting malt body as the lively hues of citrusy hops linger on the horizon of a cool, refreshing finish.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
