Fresh IPA was the first Fresh Hop beer we ever packaged. Each year we look for the newest, tastiest hops on the planet, then we take them – fresh off the bine – and dump them into a beer. This year, we loaded up the hop back with 500 pounds of Fresh Strata Hops from Coleman Agriculture.

Full of bright, zesty fresh Strata, Fresh IPA (2024) has been finely tuned and perfectly calibrated to go well with the end of summer, the beginning of the hop harvest, shorter days, longer nights, an increase in spiders and a decrease in sunburns.

From the bine, to the can, to your taste buds in just a matter of days, Fresh IPA is best consumed FRESH.

TROPICAL FRUIT | LEMONADE | ORANGE PEEL A clear but juicy West Coast IPA dry hopped with copious amounts of fresh Luminosa hops from Goschie Farms.

Oregon Sunshine with Fresh Hop Citra

Ripe IPA is already dry hopped with Citra and Citra Lupomax hops, but Fresh Hop Ripe gets an added 400 pounds of sticky wet farm fresh Citra hops from Coleman Agriculture.

Brewed with fresh-picked Strata Hops from Alluvial Hop Farms, we used a “shattering” method to extend the fresh hop notes of passionfruit and fresh-cut alfalfa to every sip.

ABV: 6.75%

Fresh hops added as a dry hop after cryo treatment with liquid nitrogen.

Every August our brewers make the trip over the mountains to Goschie Farm to pick up the season’s first fresh hops – Centennial! Citrus and Pine notes make this the perfect hop to transition from summer to fall. As we all know, Fresh is Best!

Luminosa hops from Goschie Farms

Brewed just like in Cologne with all-German ingredients, then fermented slow and cool with an authentic Kölsch yeast strain brought back from brewer/owner Alan Taylor’s studies in Germany. Crisp and lightly fruity- a year-round sessionable German-style ale. 4.9% ABV / 20 IBU

Fresh Hop Zoigl-Kölsch is the standard base beer but with 75 lbs of fresh, local Tettnanger hops added in the whirlpool. Only 50 cases canned! 16oz cans, 4-packs and draft available only at the brewery!

Centennial, Citra, & Simcoe

Fresh Centennial from Crosby Hops was added to our West Coast IPA days before packaging, creating a wonderful fresh hop presence.

You’re already familiar with Dune, now get to know it as a fresh hop IPA dry hopped with Strata, Simcoe, Nectaron, and fresh danky Simcoe hop cones.

Our core hazy IPA got a massive addition of fresh hop Strata from Goschie Farms. Loads of mango, pineapple and strawberry come through in the nose with a soft mouthfeel to boot. Enjoy fresh!

Baby badgers sleep beneath a ceiling of stars every night, so does every tree and most closed-up dandelions. Hikers, night-strollers, campers, bats, crickets, and trout are all tucked up in their slumber to the celestial radiance of the infinite. All the creatures we love and respect. All the creatures we’d happily share a beer with.

We have a ceiling of stars – a nice clear night – about 261 days per year on the North Coast. But we only have Ceiling of Stars – a crisp, light, West Coast Pilsner – for a little while. The perfect union of a West Coast IPA and a German-Style Pilsner. Drink it in.

Brewed with Mecca Grade Estate Malt’s historical style of under-modified windmalt, traditionally left to air dry in lofts of barns.
Hopped delicately with Lorien & Audacia Hops from Indie Hops in the Willamette Valley.

Wild saison w/ mango & coconut

This years celebratory beer is brewed in the current style offered at Oktoberfest. Lighter in body and color than a Marzën, this festbier is dark yellow with doughy and light biscuit notes. Soft herbal hop notes and a delicate bitterness round out the finish. Prost!

Take a ride out of the Stratasphere with Van Beer. We dry hop this hazy IPA with only Strata hops to create aromas of strawberry, passionfruit, and cannabis. We make this to honor our favorite beer, the shift beer.

WILD SAISON W/ BOYSENBERRIES & DOUGLAS FIR TIPS

This version of our Pilsner is dry-hopped with fresh Oregon hops, crowning our German malt bill with a crisp and vibrant hop aroma. It’s an ode to Oregon hop farmers in a refreshing brew for the end of summer.

Hops: Citra + Bru-1 + Idaho 7 + HBC 586 Lupomax

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed Non-Alcoholic IPA has 220 calories per serving, but no calories from fat. It has 0.5% ABV and 45 IBU, and is made with Citra and Mosaic hops and 2 Row, Munich, and Crystal malts. The non-alcoholic brewing process helps preserve the beer’s tropical and citrus flavors, including notes of orange and passionfruit.

TIPPING POINT
Freshly foraged, these sticky spruce tips pair with layers of cryogenic, super-critical hop extracts. This West Coast IPA collides dank and fruity notes layered with a lingering, resinous finish.

Tasting Notes: Pineapple. Blue Raspberry. Coniferous.

We added 2.5 pounds of hand-foraged spruce tips per barrel for this very special west-coast IPA.

Crafted from heirloom heritage apples from Hood River Valley, co-fermented with Oregon Blackberries, this dry blend offers a refreshing symphony of ripe blackberry, summer apple, and raspberry sorbet aromas—a vibrant, complex, and visually stunning experience.

Best Day’s Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

Seven distinct microflora and one thousand pounds of whole fresh Oregon strawberries per batch give this foeder aged ale outrageously ripe aroma. Soft acidity elevates the lush fruit flavor, while a subtle funk adds depth.

La Truffe is an annual collaboration with The Oregon Truffle Festival that supplies the brewery each winter season with ripe white truffles from the local region that are used to brew the beer.

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

LOGANBERRY
One of our family favorites, this cider has a well-balanced, quintessential berry flavor with the gentle sweetness from the Loganberries coming out from start to finish.

2024 Update: Our flagship German-style Pilsner gets the fresh hop treatment. This year we liquid nitrogen froze fresh Tettnang from Goschie Farm in Silverton, OR. Classic pilsner hop profile amped up with fresh oil aroma and flavor bringing notes of lime and green apple Jolly Rancher.

Marrying German malts and yeast with freshly picked hops honors the nuptials of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. Their festivities sparked the advent of the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich. Auburn in color from the Munich malt, which provides a rich and distinctive aroma, Oktoberfresh starts malty but ends crisp and refreshing. Every year we select a hop from an Oregon hop farm partner for the fresh hop addition. 2018 featuring Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms. Prost!

For our Pineapple Guava Seltzer, we’ve crafted a new type of tropical treasure that combines tart, sweet and tangy tropical fruit flavors with a few extra goodies like 30mg nano-emulsified CBD, apple cider vinegar, and L-Theanine.

An incredibly dry, Japanese-inspired rice lager, Kumo features NW-grown Pilsner malt and citrusy Cashmere hops. Crisp and easy-going, Kumo breezes through like a drifting cloud.

No afternoon spent under the chestnut trees in the dappled sunlight of a Biergarten is complete without a tall glass of Weissbier. An ale made with wheat malt, Weissbiers are incredibly expressive.
Like those made in Bavaria, ours is cloudy, highly effervescent, and characterful. Keyed by a spicy clove note, it has a rich ester profile that includes notes of pear, stone fruit, and banana. The wheat adds a familiar flavor and a pillowy body, and the beer finishes crisply, with a hint of acidity.

This beer features centennial, amarillo + citra hops. It is a lighter IPA with a full bodied flavor + citrus aroma.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Athletic Lite is a light brew, completely reimagined. It’s classically simple but expertly crafted with 25 calories, 5 carbs, and organic grains. We brewed it specifically for the sport of life and all the good times that come with it.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
