After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed low and slow until it reaches less than 0.5% AB. The newly dealcoholized cider is finished and blended to create a crisp, clean cider that you can enjoy anytime.

Pineapple Lifesaver, Ripe Strawberry, Meyer Lemon

Juicy and tropical, Pacific Pineapple rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples. Refreshingly juicy and easy drinking, no matter your locale!

Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this bourbon and tequila barrel aged stout oozes with rich cocoa and spicy cinnamon aromas with background notes of sweet vanilla. It finishes with a hint of heat from roasted ancho chiles, complementing the full bodied decadent flavors. Microbes: Saccharomyces. Barrels: freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon and Cazadores tequila. Sylvanys calls for balance, brewed with Weyermann malts, Perle and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, Kölach yeast, and pure Pacific Northwest water.

The newest flagship Helles from lager-brewing power couple Lisa Allen and Kevin Davey. Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

This is Occidental’s homage to the delicious ale of Cologne, Germany. Crisp and dry, it is clean and lager-like, with a pleasant, slightly spicy hop profile supplied by German Perle. Very “sessionable.”

Ferment Bière de Garde is brewed in a farmhouse style originating from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. The subtle nuances of this malt-forward beer come together to make something truly unique. Wild yeast from the slopes of Mt. Hood are married with spicy, herbal hops from Europe, producing un véritable terroir.

Created with the stickiest high-grade hops grown here in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a blast of heady dank herb, blue spruce, and orange skunk hop notes wrapped up tight with a resinous Sticky Hands body.

Inspired by the historic Grand Place in the city of Brussels and their haze-filled days (with a nod, of course, to the New England Haze Craze), this beer is brimming with a juicy, tropical and citrusy hop profile while also delivering the flavors of one of our favorites, a classic Belgian Tripel. Brewed using a traditional Belgian brewing foundation, we started with Belgian Pilsen malt, followed by a classic Belgian Trappist yeast, then took a departure from the norm and double dry hopped this Belgian Tripel with a generous amount of Citra, El Dorado, and Mandarina Bavaria hops giving rise to our latest delicious creation. Santé!

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
