This WCIPA is popping with mango, guava, and lychee. Slightly floral, and heaps of tropical goodness!

Our Festbier, Mabon, is a golden tribute to the autumn equinox and the spirit of Oktoberfest. Crafted with premium Weyermann malts – Pilsner, Vienna, and a touch of acidulated for balance – this beer offers a rich, bready backbone that forms its character from centuries of heritage grown and floor malted German barley.

Noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops impart a subtle, spicy and floral aroma that meshes perfectly with the traditions of new and old. Fermented with the classic 34/70 yeast and brewed using pure Pacific Northwest water, Mabon achieves a clean, crisp profile that refreshes while satisfying.

Our unfiltered Bavarian-style Märzen Lager, brewed with specialty German malts and hops. Delicate hopping with noble varieties imparts subtle floral and spicy hop aromas, while Pilsner and honey malts contribute a blend of biscuity, toasty and nutty flavors. Extended lagering smoothes the brew, providing a round, thirst-quenching finish.

This porter combines deep, roasty malt character with cocoa and dark fruit notes. We conditioned this brew on chocolate for a balance of rich flavors with a dry finish.

Were stoked to bring you this awesome Fresh Hop Collab with Ruse and Bale Breaker. First off, a crisp malt flavor leading to the star- The HOPS. We will be focusing on using fresh hops from Washington and Oregon Farms. Hops from Bale Breakers Loftus ranch, Roy Farms, and some Oregon farmers. We’re making a triangle of hop growers as well as a triangle of brewers. This beer will feature Simcoe, Centennial, and Strata. Big aromas and flavors of Berry with Citrus and a dank Tropical flavor to round it out. Stay tuned Mother Nature will determine in the end what we use.

Tektite West Coast Pilsner starts with a delicate crisp malt flavor coming from Rahr Premium Pilsner Malt. Lorien and Simcoe hops accent the malt with a nice bitterness. The beer is then taken to the West Coast with a dry hop of Citra, 586, and Mosaic hops lending a citrus and tropical hop flavor and aroma. Very drinkable Pilsner.

Brewed in collaboration with Zoiglhaus Brewing Co., our Festbier is crafted with heirloom German malts and balanced with Kazbek and Hallertau hops. This crisp, full-bodied lager boasts flavors of freshly baked bread, aromas of biscuit, honey, and floral notes, with a hint of bitterness and a clean finish. Lift your stein and shout “Prost!” to embrace the Oktoberfest season!

Named after our beloved former beertender Paul Trapp who passed away recently, this Belgian Abbey ale is just as sweet as he was, with notes of cherry, banana, clove, raisins, caramel, and light chocolate.

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed Non-Alcoholic IPA has 220 calories per serving, but no calories from fat. It has 0.5% ABV and 45 IBU, and is made with Citra and Mosaic hops and 2 Row, Munich, and Crystal malts. The non-alcoholic brewing process helps preserve the beer’s tropical and citrus flavors, including notes of orange and passionfruit.

TIPPING POINT
Freshly foraged, these sticky spruce tips pair with layers of cryogenic, super-critical hop extracts. This West Coast IPA collides dank and fruity notes layered with a lingering, resinous finish.

Our buds from Loyal Legion in Portland, came all the way to Bend to help us brew this special sour ale especially for them. We decided to take this one to the next level and condition it on a wild amount of passionfruit, orange and guava for an extended period of time to capture the most we possibly could from these fruits. The result is this exceptionally exquisite, and limited, sour ale.

Seven distinct microflora and one thousand pounds of whole fresh Oregon strawberries per batch give this foeder aged ale outrageously ripe aroma. Soft acidity elevates the lush fruit flavor, while a subtle funk adds depth.

La Truffe is an annual collaboration with The Oregon Truffle Festival that supplies the brewery each winter season with ripe white truffles from the local region that are used to brew the beer.

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

Pumpkin Pie spiced sour ale

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood.

Crafted using Skagit Wintmalt and freshly picked Azacca hops, both grown at Goschie Farms, this fresh hop ale is the ultimate celebration of the season. A blast of tropical fruit, hints of pine and spice.

Mischievous & spiced, Hollow Jack is far from empty. A brew of fresh-pressed apples, caramelized pumpkin and sweet potatoes is finished with a dash of honey and spices to carve out this special Fall cider.

Take the flavors of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Allspice, and Ginger, blend them in just the right proportions, and you get
our Pumpkin Spice cider. Full of all the spices of your favorite pumpkin pie, this cider is a delicious tribute to the flavors of autumn.

A big aggressively hopped Hazy IPA, with a golden color and loads of hop aroma and flavor.

Taking a similar grain bill to our award winning MoHazeIc, we transitioned this beer as a showcase for Amarillo hops from Crosby Hop Farms that were nitrogen frozen to capture that farm fresh flavor and aroma, most notably freshly harvested and direct from the farm into our tanks within an hour. Once at the brewery, we nitrogen freeze the hops and pulverize them to expose the lupulin glands within the hops. We try to capture that quintessential hop aroma from the field and put it into the glass. Bright aromas of grapefruit and orange zest intermingle with a dry hop of Citra and Galaxy (notes of mango, candied orange, and passionfruit). ReFRESH Hazy IPA can be found on draft at limited bars and restaurants where Migration is sold, and on draft at Migration Pubs.

This is the darker Märzen beer sold in the US and elsewhere as Spaten Oktoberfest Ur-Märzen. This is NOT the golden Festbier sold at in Munich as Oktoberfestbier.

Made to be the reflection of the masterful creations of the Bohemian brewers, this beer features malted Czech barley and Czech Saaz hops. Delicate, yet powerful. Nuanced, yet expressive.

Lisa from Heater Allen, Andrew and Tim from Modern Times, and Kevin from Wayfinder were blown away with some of the new school pilsners brewed in Italy right now. They’re crazy expressive new-world riffs on German-style pilsners, typically dry-hopped with modern Euro hops. Taking some hints from the Italians, we hopped this with 2#/bbl of spice heavy German hops; Spalt Select and Tettnanger. Then we dry-hopped it with Polaris and more Tettnanger, krausened with fresh Czech Pils wort, spunded and cold-conditioned to perfection.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.
