Is an American style amber ale that is coppery brown in color with some reddish hues. Brewed with 7 different malts to create a well balanced smooth profile with just enough sweetness and a touch of chocolate. Single hopped for very clean crisp bitterness. Brewed in collaboration with the Elakha Alliance for their annual Oregon Otter Beer Festival at OMSI. The event requires that beers be produced using a large portion of (English) Maris Otter pale malt but can be presented in any style of beer. The beer also needs to come with a fanciful otter inclusive name. This year we focused on a hoppy, light XPA that comes in at just under 5% ABV. Otterly Beautiful hits with a snappy bite and punchy tropical and citrus flavor profile.
Hops: Chinook, Citra, Tangier, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Nectaron Cryo, Cold Pressed Waimea Hop Keif.

Golden sour fermented and acidified in our white oak foeder for over 2 years with two strains of brettanomyces and a French Saison yeast. Stone fruit and watermelon flavors dance with citric acidity and a slightly sweet finish.

This IPA pours a golden straw and is topped with a thick crown of fluffy white foam. Bursting with tropical fruit aromas like guava, starfruit, pineapple and kiwi. On the palate flavors of orange zest, passion fruit, and resinous hops are uplifted by a simple but clean malt backbone. The finish is punchy, dry, and a little… Cheeky!

An Irish stout with all the classic underpinnings. An easy drinker anytime. A touch of roast, but with a smooth draw and balanced, pleasing finish.

Sugarplum Cherry is a seasonal kombucha from BNF Kombucha & Jun that combines vanilla, plum, and dark cherry flavors. It’s intended to be a wintery treat.

Pours a light and vibrant shade of cherry blossom pink, under a bright white cap of foam, with champagne like effervescence. Opens with vibrant aromas of fresh wild strawberries, grapefruit, watermelon, and a hint of peach. These ripe aromas carry over to the palate and are accented by notes of fresh florals, mint, and minerality. Finishes soft and dry with tart cherry on the tongue.

Inspired by the historic Grand Place in the city of Brussels and their haze-filled days (with a nod, of course, to the New England Haze Craze), this beer is brimming with a juicy, tropical and citrusy hop profile while also delivering the flavors of one of our favorites, a classic Belgian Tripel. OLD SCHOOL | HOPPY | PINEY
A blend of classic West Coast IPA hops provide typical fruit and evergreen notes while a blast of Warrior kicks up the citrus.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

A light refreshing ale that exhibits lager characteristics. Barley, corn, and oats mixed together with bitter gold hops to provide a drinkable summer delight.

How about drinking a near beer that tastes like the real thing? Refreshingly hoppy with a familiar mouthfeel, we crafted this non-alcoholic IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops using only traditional brewing methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
