Brewed in collaboration with Vancouver, WA’s 3 locationed tap houses, TAPS! Look for mouthwatering notes of watermelon and citrus along with subtle notes of iced tea. This fresh-hopped beer will leave you feeling oh so fresh and so clean.

Montucky Cold Snacks derives its name from the
term of endearment for Montana, Montucky.
Simply put, it refers to the backwoods and rural
areas of the state. Cold Snacks is a tongue and
cheek way of referring to beer; i.e. ‘Lets go crack
into some Cold Snacks.

A Phony Negroni is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Negroni cocktail, crafted by St. Agrestis to mimic the bitter, complex, and botanical flavors of the original. It is made with 30 organic botanicals, including juniper and citrus notes, and is carbonated to provide a “bite” that substitutes for alcohol. The drink is designed to be served chilled, often over ice with an orange twist.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

Classic malts and hops are the buttons that hold this red ale together. A balance between the smooth malt and subtle hop profile finishes out this amber hued brew.

It’s time for the rarest and freshest Fluff of the year! Our fresh hop season grand finale is our fresh hop homage to our original NW Hazy IPA, All Fluff. Our 2025 version is brewed with Citra hops and dry-hopped with over 400lbs of fresh El Dorado hops grown by our friends at CLS Farms. It’s All Fluffed up with aromas of tangerine & apricot and bold flavors of citrus and watermelon.

Saison brewed with 100% Oregon grown malted barley, hops, & yeast. Fermented with proprietary house saison strain, hopped with fresh Strata and Lorien hops and dry hopped with Audacia and Strata hops.

Patagonia Provisions Organic Non-Alcoholic IPA is a Certified Organic premium non-alc brew with bold citrus notes and a refreshing hop-forward character, all at <0.5% ABV. It’s brewed with Certified Organic hops, malted barley, and Kernza®, a soil-saving, carbon-capturing perennial grain. The ingredients in our NA Organic IPA are grown in ways that improve soil health, minimize erosion, preserve biodiversity and protect waterways. In other words, this is 12 ounces of good news!

Something about Currant Thymes feels strange. A Catharina Sour Ale predominantly highlighting flavors of Black Currant, supported by Thyme and blackberry.

Colour and appearance: a pale blonde colour and fine creamy-white head which clings to the glass.

Flavour:
A pleasant sparkling carbonate content produces a soft, full taste perception. The aroma is very balanced with a fruity, flowery background and an initial Chardonnay impression which evolves into a spicy, mild aroma of hops.

Taste:
Full-bodied and balanced with fruity tones of apple and Chardonnay grapes. Deliria has a fine, mild bitterness in its aftertaste and a splendid, round feel in the mouth which evolves well.

Traditional Kölsch style ale fermented with pineapple. Dry and refreshing.

Annual limited release brewed with fresh picked hops using a different variety every year. 2025 vintage used Centennial Hops from Crosby Hop Farm for mild blend of floral, citrus and pine accords.

Strawberry cider featuring Oregon-grown ingredients in support of @oregonagtrust and their mission to protect farmland in Oregon.

Brewed just like in Cologne with all-German ingredients, then fermented slow and cool with an authentic Kölsch yeast strain brought back from brewer/owner Alan Taylor’s studies in Germany. Crisp and lightly fruity- a year-round sessionable German-style ale. 4.9% ABV / 20 IBU

Fresh Hop Zoigl-Kölsch is the standard base beer but with 75 lbs of fresh, local Tettnanger hops added in the whirlpool. Only 50 cases canned! 16oz cans, 4-packs and draft available only at the brewery!

Teaming up with our funky friends from Sisters, OR, we’re bringing a hoppy crusher for the season! Backed by a thiol concoction of Southern Cross in the whirlpool, and layered with Nelson and Wai-iti hops to compliment; we wanted to showcase the experimental HBC 586 hop. This WCIPA is popping with mango, guava, and lychee. Slightly floral, and heaps of tropical goodness!

In Doug, our version of the beloved CDA, bold roasted malts and smooth rolled oats are balanced with a distinct clean hop note derived from a hefty dose of locally grown Sabro and Crystal hops. Best Day’s Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

Our cloudy, golden-colored Hefeweizen is a traditional Bavarian style beer, brewed with European grain and hops. The German yeast produces notes of banana, bubblegum and clove with a fine crisp finish.

Pumpkin Pie spiced sour ale

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood.

This fresh hop IPA is a special interpretation of our flagship Tropic Pines IPA, but brewed with fresh Simcoe hops directly from B&C Hop Ranch in Woodburn, OR. Intense tropical fruit notes, sticky pine and a relentless barrage of freshness helps remind us why we all look forward to this local favorite.

This Pilsner is made with fresh Tettnang hops picked from Goschie Farms in the Willamette Valley.

For our Passion Fruit Blueberry CBD Seltzer, we’ve crafted a new type of beverage bursting with the tropical flavors of passion fruit, blueberry, and a few extra goodies like 30mg nano-emulsified CBD, apple cider vinegar, and L-Theanine.

For our Pineapple Guava Seltzer, we’ve crafted a new type of tropical treasure that combines tart, sweet and tangy tropical fruit flavors with a few extra goodies like 30mg nano-emulsified CBD, apple cider vinegar, and L-Theanine.

Mugs filled with crisp lager filled from wooden barrels, we descend the steps. We set our beers down next to our trays laden with freshly made potato chips, soft pretzels, smoky sausages, bright sauerkraut and mustard. The beer is bright and refreshing — a perfect compliment to the salty snacks and the spring day.

While the kids run and play around the courtyard, we sit and enjoy the light streaming through the verdant green leaves of the Horse Chestnut trees, dappling our table and faces with warm, Austrian sunshine.

Brewed with BRU-1 & Sabro hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Hoppy and tropically refreshing with a familiar, full-bodied mouthfeel, we crafted this alternative Hazy IPA using only traditional methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

Soak up the soft golden rays of an inviting malt body as the lively hues of citrusy hops linger on the horizon of a cool, refreshing finish.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
