Winning isn’t everything, but it sure is fun! We brewed up this super special IPA with our good friends at Alesong Brewing and Blending (Eugene) and Grand Fir Brewing (Portland). All three of our breweries were awarded the coveted 2024 Brewery of the Year title at GABF in 2024. Pungent and fruity, this collab brew is chock-full of high intensity flavor and aroma hops, and is bursting with notes of dank berries, sweet fruit, and citrus. Three Oregon breweries, eight 2024 GABF medals, and 100% awesome.

Wit’s Peak is a lively and luminous Belgian-style White with ingredients that pay homage to the Old World style. A crushable, juicy IPA! Strong notes of tropical fruits and citrus. A bit on the heavier side, so best consumed over a chill pace.

Crafted with Puff Coffee, it’s layered, roasty, and balanced — a true PNW stout.

Altbier, which means “old beer,” is a traditional ale from Dusseldorf. It’s a smooth amber ale with rich malt flavor, nutty and bittersweet notes, balanced bitterness, and a medium-dry finish.

This Porter pours a deep, lustrous brown, topped with a creamy cap of hazelnut-hued foam. Inviting aromas of brown sugar, chocolate, ripe cherry, and sweet bread rise from the glass. On the palate, layers of decadent caramel, fig, red berries, and freshly roasted coffee unfold. The finish is silky-smooth and beautifully balanced, lingering with just a kiss of sweetness.

Orange Julius inspired sour ale brewed with Cara Cara oranges and vanilla. It bursts with bright, juicy citrus before easing into a smooth wave of vanilla that softens the tartness, creating a nostalgic flavor that takes you right back to the shopping mall food court.

Hard Cider, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves

A collaborative blend series from Block 15 and Hair of the Dog, encompassing the spirit and creativity of both breweries. Gus is inspired by my father, whose love of HOTD sparked my interest in brewing. We brewed this barley wine with honey from Gus’s hives, matured it in bourbon barrels and blended with 2015 HOTD Bourbon Fred, marrying rich complexity with honey warmth.

Lighting is everything. In the right hands, a single 2700k incandescent bulb can turn a spaceship into a medieval fortress. Similarly, in the right hands, a supremely dark and flavorful malt bill can transform a regular beer into a Czech Dark Lager.

Mood Lighting, a complex, toasty, Czech-style Dark Lager, was brewed in collaboration with our friends at ColdFire Brewing Company, just in time for their annual Dark Lager Fest.

A Phony Negroni is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Negroni cocktail, crafted by St. Agrestis to mimic the bitter, complex, and botanical flavors of the original. It is made with 30 organic botanicals, including juniper and citrus notes, and is carbonated to provide a “bite” that substitutes for alcohol. The drink is designed to be served chilled, often over ice with an orange twist.

Rye Pale Ale dry hopped with Simcoe, Chinook, Mosaic, and fresh deep cut Cascade hops.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

We created this Belgian ale with our buds from Central Oregon’s own Monkless Belgian Ales. Our intention was to take a timeless classic and push the stone fruit notes to 11. We accomplished this with supreme balance by adding just the right amount of NW sources Italian plums. This beer boasts a beautiful bouquet of malt, spice and plum, yet leaves the palate with a refreshing dryness.

Run Wild is the ultimate sessionable IPA for craft beer lovers. Brewed with a blend of five Northwest hops, it has an approachable bitterness to balance the specialty malt body. Always refreshing and only 65 calories.

pFriem light, crisp, refreshing, hoppy IPA to raise money towards for finding a cure for ALS

Brite and tart with loads of fresh raspberry flavor. The acidity in this cider cuts well against a lot of sweet and savory flavors for dinner or dessert. Much like our Marionberry cider, we had to discontinue this one until recently. Now let’s pray that the weather gods play nice and shower us more good raspberry crops to come.

First in the series of single hopped experimental hazy IPAs. Brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Dybaboost. We get notes of bright stone fruit and berry. Cosmic Departure is about using experimental hop products and process tweaks for maximum hop saturation and drinkability.

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed Non-Alcoholic IPA has 220 calories per serving, but no calories from fat. It has 0.5% ABV and 45 IBU, and is made with Citra and Mosaic hops and 2 Row, Munich, and Crystal malts. The non-alcoholic brewing process helps preserve the beer’s tropical and citrus flavors, including notes of orange and passionfruit.

Behold: all the delicious richness of a porter without the buzz. This malt brew tastes so similar to the original Black Butte Porter that you’ll be doing a double-take. Just right for winning trivia night, enjoying after dinner, making it to Wednesday…or really anytime. The recipient of 8 international non-alcoholic awards, including a 2024 World Beer Cup gold medal, Black Butte Non-Alcoholic is our newest classic.

The inception of this release stemmed from a request for a “Boochified” soda. As the hard soda trend permeated the market, our R&D team got to work, resulting in this creative twist on a simple ask.

From a 2023 Liquid Art Lab release and now back by popular demand as a core flavor, this juicy, fruit-forward Booch is our take on a better-for-you cactus cooler or tepache, fermented pineapple beverage.

Milk Stout inspired by Tiramisu dessert

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

Collab With Loyal Legion IPA

Named after our Patron Saint of Brewers, Ol’ Saint Nick is a generously malt-forward winter warmer—artfully constructed with a base of Maris Otter, honey malt, and caramel malt balanced by zesty hop character. Ol’ Saint Nick offers notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a warm, lingering finish.

Made with cold pressed illy® coffee. It has notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate and (of course) the coffee. It’s the beer that says “good morning” to you!

SILVER MEDAL WINNER @ BEST OF CRAFT BEER AWARDS 2023!
This limited-edition strong Porter is chocolaty, deceptively smooth for its strength, and finishes dry. Aged on Peruvian Palo Santo wood, which imparts aromas and flavors of coconut, mint, cedar and incense. This beer benefits from warming in a glass and will also age well when stored properly.

For our Passion Fruit Blueberry CBD Seltzer, we’ve crafted a new type of beverage bursting with the tropical flavors of passion fruit, blueberry, and a few extra goodies like 30mg nano-emulsified CBD, apple cider vinegar, and L-Theanine.

Technically, it’s a light lager brewed with flaked corn. The industry calls it a Mexican Lager. But we call it a Chela. A sublime hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer, Wreck the Halls has comforting notes from pale and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season.

Fun to drink, fun to say. This fruited sour wallops your palate with tidal waves of tangerine and vanilla bean. A sweet and tart backbone provides a rich and soft mouthfeel. FYI: this beer contains Lactose.

Schwarzbier, “black beer” in German, is a light-bodied dark lager made with fine German pilsner and crystal malts. Fear not the robust nature of the traditional dark beers, for our German-style Schwarzbier finishes smooth.

Fresh Squeezed IPA is a Citrus Bomb Juicy sweet hop aromas of grapefruit and passionfruit. Hops carry through a muffin-like malt character rounding out this full flavored IPA into a thing of beauty like no other.

A dark, malty celebration ale with layered flavors and beautifully balanced hopping. Jubelale pours deep garnet in color, medium bodied, with notes of chicory, earth, spice and fruit. To beer lovers, it’s like Yule fire and family.

Drinking beer is a multi-sensory experience. We salivate in Pavlovian response to the can cracking open. The olfactory, flavor and tactile receptors fire signals to the grey motherboard in our skulls. We respond by involuntarily smiling, and exclaiming our approval, “Mmmmotherboard!” Here we establish the link between bitter chocolate and sweet cream. Lactose softens the astringency of dark roasted malt, and provides the texture of nectar. This one is as comforting as a mother’s graces, but as precise as a circuit board.

Ground Breaker IPA No.5
The Pacific Northwest is home to the highest quality hops grown in the world. We put them to work in our IPA No. 5, an aromatic and flavor-filled hop forward beer with generous late-kettle and dry hop additions. This modern IPA is bursting with citrus aroma with hints of tropical and stone fruit flavor. GABF 2015 Silver Medal Winner & 2018 World Beer Cup Silver Medal Winner.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Van Henion Kölsch is a classic German-style ale brewed true to tradition with German.

Athletic Lite is a light brew, completely reimagined. It’s classically simple but expertly crafted with 25 calories, 5 carbs, and organic grains. We brewed it specifically for the sport of life and all the good times that come with it.

Copper in color and well-balanced, this big hoppy IPA has a complex malty flavor with layers a plenty. It’s a beer as notorious as the word itself.

Hoppy New Year! is an Imperial IPA brewed to ring in the New Year with a celebratory display of citrusy and tropical hops. Generous late-additions of Azacca, Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic contribute lively notes of orange zest, grapefruit, tangerine, and papaya—balanced by a careful orchestration of specialty malts and English ale yeast. Hoppy New Year from Block 15!

Fresh Pow is a winter IPA featuring resinous, citrusy, and tropical American and New Zealand hop varietals alongside a warm malt base designed to balance this wintry hop experience. Brewed in cooperation with Ashland artist Chris Herbst, Fresh Pow will be brewed often and released fresh throughout the winter.

This is a NW Cascadian Dark Ale. It is a well-balanced, extremely hoppy black ale. Armored Fist is a collaboration beer brewed with the good ol’ boys from Three Floyd’s Brewing.

Stouts have a rich, deep and dark history— dating back over 400 years in Europe as a strong porter. Well, forget all that. Yes— this stout is classically dark, but close your eyes and take a sip. You’ll likely be surprised by how easy it is on the palate with notes of caramel, chocolate and roasted coffee driven by a wonderfully nuanced blend of dark crystal, black, roasted and chocolate malt. You won’t have the patience to save this one for a rainy day.

When Belgian tradition meets American innovation, pFriem Sauv Blanc Barrel Aged Golden Ale is born. Bright aromas of guava, watermelon, white nectarine, and baked pear accompany jammy notes of melon, fruit punch, Pina Colada, berry and dried lemons. Tradition and innovation should meet up more often!

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

If you know Monkless, you know we’re not known for brewing small beers – that said, we wanted a clean sessionable beer to share as the warm summer months approached us. We were inspired by the Trappist tradition of the Belgian Single. Brother’s Bier is a SMaSH beer brewed from Pilsen malt and Sterling hops, and fermented to a nice dry finish with our traditional Trappist yeast strain. A late hop addition of Sterling adds a bit of spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor to the quintessential fruity-spicy yeast character of a classic Belgian Single.
