Sea Change is a bright, modern West Coast IPA layered with berry-forward Mosaic character, zesty citrus, pine resin, and just a touch of dankness. Brewed in collaboration with the awesome crew at Irrelevant, this beer is all about blending our styles while celebrating a hop we all love. Mosaic takes center stage, amplified by Cashmere Lupomax to push its berry and citrus tones into sharper focus.

This collab also means a lot to us personally. Sebastian was a longtime brewer at Trap Door in the early days, and he was the one who passed the torch to Jake when he joined the team. Seeing what Seb and Quin have built at Irrelevant has been rad, and getting together to finally brew a beer felt long overdue.

Pours like pineapple nectar with pillowy white foam. Chenin Blanc, tangelo and soft mango precede bright flavors of peach, mixed berries and resin. The finish is long and gratifying.

Wit’s Peak is a lively and luminous Belgian-style White with ingredients that pay homage to the Old World style. It’s built upon classic flavors of wheat and malt interwoven with exotic spices and citrus peel. Coriander and orange dance across the palate alongside a light, crisp herbal bitterness. On the palate, layers of decadent caramel, fig, red berries, and freshly roasted coffee unfold. The finish is silky-smooth and beautifully balanced, lingering with just a kiss of sweetness.

Orange Julius inspired sour ale brewed with Cara Cara oranges and vanilla. It bursts with bright, juicy citrus before easing into a smooth wave of vanilla that softens the tartness, creating a nostalgic flavor that takes you right back to the shopping mall food court.

It’s like a Cosmo… but not! In the spirit of the holidays, a classic combo of orange and cranberries in a wheat based sour.

A Phony Negroni is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Negroni cocktail, crafted by St. Agrestis to mimic the bitter, complex, and botanical flavors of the original. It is made with 30 organic botanicals, including juniper and citrus notes, and is carbonated to provide a “bite” that substitutes for alcohol. The drink is designed to be served chilled, often over ice with an orange twist.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. A new brew of the Tap Season Ale-paca IPA returns in January. This collaboration West Coast IPA was spearheaded by Josh Johnson and Roger Wood of Binary Brewing Co., Chris Sjolin of Cooper Mountain Ale Works, Alex Kircher of Golden Valley Brewing and Restaurant, and Ryan Still of Lazy Days Brewing Co. The limited-edition IPA will be available on tap at select taprooms and also will be available in cans. With more than 25 brewers in attendance, it is hailed as one of Oregon’s largest collaborative brewing efforts.

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed Non-Alcoholic IPA has 220 calories per serving, but no calories from fat. It has 0.5% ABV and 45 IBU, and is made with Citra and Mosaic hops and 2 Row, Munich, and Crystal malts. The non-alcoholic brewing process helps preserve the beer’s tropical and citrus flavors, including notes of orange and passionfruit.

Teaming up with our funky friends from Sisters, OR, we’re bringing a hoppy crusher for the season! Backed by a thiol concoction of Southern Cross in the whirlpool, and layered with Nelson and Wai-iti hops to compliment; we wanted to showcase the experimental HBC 586 hop. This WCIPA is popping with mango, guava, and lychee. Slightly floral, and heaps of tropical goodness!

The inception of this release stemmed from a request for a “Boochified” soda. As the hard soda trend permeated the market, our R&D team got to work, resulting in this creative twist on a simple ask.

From a 2023 Liquid Art Lab release and now back by popular demand as a core flavor, this juicy, fruit-forward Booch is our take on a better-for-you cactus cooler or tepache, fermented pineapple beverage.

Milk Stout inspired by Tiramisu dessert

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

Named after our Patron Saint of Brewers, Ol’ Saint Nick is a generously malt-forward winter warmer—artfully constructed with a base of Maris Otter, honey malt, and caramel malt balanced by zesty hop character. Ol’ Saint Nick offers notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a warm, lingering finish.

This limited-edition strong Porter is chocolaty, deceptively smooth for its strength, and finishes dry. Aged on Peruvian Palo Santo wood, which imparts aromas and flavors of coconut, mint, cedar and incense. This beer benefits from warming in a glass and will also age well when stored properly.

This is Occidental’s homage to the delicious ale of Cologne, Germany. Crisp and dry, it is clean and lager-like, with a pleasant, slightly spicy hop profile supplied by German Perle. Very “sessionable.”

A Munich Helles Lager is the epitome of balance and nuance. Noticeable malt character, but not too malty. Noticeable hop character, but not too hoppy. The key is using quality ingredients and a meticulous process. Fort George brewed with German malts to get the proper regional flavor profile and Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops for a delicate balance of floral and fruity. Fermentation was extra low and slow, creating a clean and crisp ester profile. And traditional spunding, where the tank is kept under pressure during fermentation, produced natural carbonation. The result is a sessionable, flavorful, crisp beer for your favorite outings.

A sublime hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer, Wreck the Halls has comforting notes from pale and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season.

Fun to drink, fun to say. This fruited sour wallops your palate with tidal waves of tangerine and vanilla bean. A sweet and tart backbone provides a rich and soft mouthfeel. FYI: this beer contains Lactose.

Schwarzbier, “black beer” in German, is a light-bodied dark lager made with fine German pilsner and crystal malts. Fear not the robust nature of the traditional dark beers, for our German-style Schwarzbier finishes smooth.

Druif Rouge is our latest foray into the world of wine grapes. We paired our Lambic-inspired ale, aged in French Oak barrels, with Pinot Noir grapes from our friends at Trisaetum Winery. The happy result is Druif Rouge, featuring aromas of watermelon and dark berries, and notes of juniper, plum, and kiwi. Enjoy the union of grape and grain!

Riesling grapes from Brooks Estate Vineyard mixed with our Lambic-inspired base imbue pFriem’s Druif Blanc with inviting aromas of fresh bread and berries. Its notes of delicate rose petals, pear and green apple, and its dry, sparkly finish may think its fine wine, but it’s beer— we promise.

The Pacific Northwest is home to the highest quality hops grown in the world. We put them to work in our IPA No. 5, an aromatic and flavor-filled hop forward beer with generous late-kettle and dry hop additions. This modern IPA is bursting with citrus aroma with hints of tropical and stone fruit flavor. GABF 2015 Silver Medal Winner & 2018 World Beer Cup Silver Medal Winner.

Ground Breaker 99 Light Lager
The ultimate gluten-free light beer. Low in calories with

A blend of predominantly Honeycrisp apples fermented with champagne yeast. All fresh pressed juice from trees grown in Oregon and Washington. Clean, tart apple character with a refreshing dry finish.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Van Henion Pilsner is an uncompromising take on the classic German-style pilsner that’s won the collective hearts of beer lovers across the world. Our pilsner delivers a generous, yet balanced, hop presence followed by a clean finish. It pours straw in color with brilliant clarity. An instant classic that’s as crisp as it is crushable. Prost!

Van Henion Kölsch is a classic German-style ale brewed true to tradition with German.

Athletic Lite is a light brew, completely reimagined. It’s classically simple but expertly crafted with 25 calories, 5 carbs, and organic grains. We brewed it specifically for the sport of life and all the good times that come with it.

Seeking out some haze? pFriem Hazy IPA has tropical aromas of clementine, peach, strawberry, mango, and papaya, and juicy notes of grapefruit, white grape, and whipped citrus. Creamsicle meringue rests atop a mysterious body of grilled mango and haze. If you’re looking for haze, you’re in the right place. Clearly!

Brewed with Sultana, Citra, and Idaho 7. Notes of ripe pineapple, ruby red grapefruit, and sweet green melon.

Lisa from Heater Allen, Andrew and Tim from Modern Times, and Kevin from Wayfinder were blown away with some of the new school pilsners brewed in Italy right now. They’re crazy expressive new-world riffs on German-style pilsners, typically dry-hopped with modern Euro hops. Taking some hints from the Italians, we hopped this with 2#/bbl of spice heavy German hops; Spalt Select and Tettnanger. Then we dry-hopped it with Polaris and more Tettnanger, krausened with fresh Czech Pils wort, spunded and cold-conditioned to perfection.

Milk sugar, cocoa nibs, and caramel malt build the rich, full body of this brew, with mild roasted notes coming from three varieties of chocolate malt. Have some dessert today – served in a glass!

Stouts have a rich, deep and dark history— dating back over 400 years in Europe as a strong porter. Well, forget all that. Yes— this stout is classically dark, but close your eyes and take a sip. You’ll likely be surprised by how easy it is on the palate with notes of caramel, chocolate and roasted coffee driven by a wonderfully nuanced blend of dark crystal, black, roasted and chocolate malt. You won’t have the patience to save this one for a rainy day.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

Counterbalancing the abruptness of dark winter and big strong ales, we present a crisp, clean, straight up light pilsner. Lower alcohol with enough Noble hops to balance the toasted bread malt character for a clean finish.
