mperial stout blended with whiskey barrel aged stout

A beer as formidable as the name, but far more pleasant an experience to drink. We brewed a massive imperial stout, boiled for an exhausting amount of time to caramelize and concentrate the sugars, filled some barrels with it, but kept a portion in the tank. We then blended some stout that had been aging in whiskey barrels for over a year and blended it with this fresh batch to add some extra complexity of charred oak and vanilla. The final blend is around ~40% barrel aged to 60% fresh stout.

This is a rich, slow sipper with flavors of dark chocolate, roasty coffee, star anise, molasses, oak, and figs. Passing on this beer would be a grave mistake.

Made with Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. Pacific Northwest light lager brewed “with you in mind”. Notes of light bread crust, fresh-cut grass, crisp and refreshing.

This festive IPA blends rich Pune and orange marmalade notes with a touch of malt sweetness from Chinook, Centennial and Simcoe hops. We’re bringing a classic dank, ren-sinous character, while a crisp, dry finish bright, balanced and stimpy.

Inspired by Portland’s beloved Santa Clones—a dazzling display of over 400 vintage 1960s blow-mold Santa figurines that mysteriously appear in a secret location in Portland each year. Discover a rich and malty brew with notes of caramel, and a hint of dark fruit—perfect for warming up on chilly nights. Proceeds from the Weirdtastic Series of beers are donated to ‘Weird Portland United,’ a nonprofit that supports the artistic risk-takers who keep our city weirdly wonderful

A collaborative blend series from Block 15 and Hair of the Dog, encompassing the spirit and creativity of both breweries. Gus is inspired by my father, whose love of HOTD sparked my interest in brewing. We brewed this barley wine with honey from Gus’s hives, matured it in bourbon barrels and blended with 2015 HOTD Bourbon Fred, marrying rich complexity with honey warmth.

All the hops and all the flavor, minus the beer.

It’s a fruity, zesty, sparkling Hop Water with blackberries and lime. Made in collaboration with our friends from Seattle Indie Rock Band, Minus the Bear. In 2025 the band is back together, celebrating the 20th anniversary of their album Menos el Oso with a reunion tour.

Next up in our “Favorite Things” series is a blend of tart blonde ales, co-fermented with Malbec grapes from Quail Run’s Sophie Vineyard in Southern Oregon. Bright Copper Kettles pours a stunning crimson that previews the bold flavors to come: Classic notes of blackberry and cherry are balanced by a complex tannin structure from the oak aging and fermentation on the wine grapes.

Montucky Cold Snacks derives its name from the
term of endearment for Montana, Montucky.
Simply put, it refers to the backwoods and rural
areas of the state. Cold Snacks is a tongue and
cheek way of referring to beer; i.e. ‘Lets go crack
into some Cold Snacks.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

Patagonia Provisions Organic Non-Alcoholic IPA is a Certified Organic premium non-alc brew with bold citrus notes and a refreshing hop-forward character, all at <0.5% ABV. It’s brewed with Certified Organic hops, malted barley, and Kernza®, a soil-saving, carbon-capturing perennial grain. The ingredients in our NA Organic IPA are grown in ways that improve soil health, minimize erosion, preserve biodiversity and protect waterways. In other words, this is 12 ounces of good news!

Bourbon Barrel Aged (Wild Turkey 16 yr Bourbon)

This cocktail inspired IPA pours bronze in color and is crowned with rocky white foam. True to name, the aroma brings zesty lime and juicy grapefruit. The palate follows through with a clean malt backbone and flavors of mango, key lime pie, orange peel, and agave. The finish is bright, fruity and perfect for summer.

Van Henion Weissbier is a German-style ale, unfiltered for a natural haze. With a smooth, bubbly sip, it features subtle notes of clove spice and ripe banana.

For our Lavender Mint Lemonade Seltzer, we’ve crafted a new type of beverage combining the herbal notes of lavender and mint with refreshing lemonade and a few extra goodies like 30mg nano-emulsified CBD, apple cider vinegar, and L‑Theanine.

The pFriem + Loyal Legion Vietnamese Lager captures Saigon’s vibrant essence—bringing together friends, foods, and an easygoing spirit. Brewed with toasted rice for a slight sweetness and a tropical touch from Nelson hops, this lager is crisp and quenching with a harmonious bitterness. Designed to pair seamlessly with classic Vietnamese street foods, it invites drinkers to savor moments with friends, just like a bustling Saigon night.

We use 2.7 pounds of fresh apricots per gallon of our Lambic-inspired Ale, to make pFriem Abrikoos. That may sound like a lot, but once you taste the pungent aromas of sweet dried apricots, grape, and cantaloupe and tart and tangy notes of baked lemons, pineapple nectar and canned peaches, we think you’ll agree, it’s just right.

New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops have much in common with the Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested nearby. Compare a glass of the wine to pFriem Nelson Pale and you’ll see that both boast strong fruity flavors with aromas of honeydew, kiwi, and pineapple. You may even taste hints of citrus and white wine in your pint. But don’t worry—you can leave your corkscrew at home.

Very light Mexican style lager

Best Day’s Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

This warming winter ale is a sleigh full of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. An ode to the Overlord of the Yuletide!

Collab With Loyal Legion IPA

Named after our Patron Saint of Brewers, Ol’ Saint Nick is a generously malt-forward winter warmer—artfully constructed with a base of Maris Otter, honey malt, and caramel malt balanced by zesty hop character. Ol’ Saint Nick offers notes of toffee, cocoa, plum, and caramel with citrusy hops and a warm, lingering finish.

Brewed with a sleigh-full of resinous and citrus-forward hops, Hoppy Holidays blends seasonal flavors of pine and orange zest with a generous, warming malt backbone. Kettle additions of sweet orange peel and locally-foraged spruce and Douglas fir tips lend a blend of citrus and spice notes that evokes holidays past, like opening a gift box of citrus under a holiday tree. Hoppy Holidays from Block 15!

Made with cold pressed illy® coffee. It has notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate and (of course) the coffee. It’s the beer that says “good morning” to you!

Van Henion Fest Bier is a German-style lager brewed just in time for the changing of the seasons. Enjoy its malt-forward, subtly bitter profile. It pours a brilliant golden orange color with a pillowy white head. Brewed with the finest German malts, hops and yeast.

This deep amber ale is extremely well balanced and very drinkable. It appeals both to the hop lover and non hop lover. This beer is duel-hopped with Cascade and Delta hops. Cheers to the Red Devil!

When Rick started the idea for the brewery he was living at the beach. When trying to come up with a name for the Holiday beer he pictured his dog coming back from the beach with her paws covered in sand. Thus the name Sandy Paws was born. Sandy Paws is typically a Baltic Porter, rich and malty with slightly spicy notes.

We brewed this with enough resinous and dank pine to take down a terrorist with just enough malty sweet left over for the love of his life…Yippee Ki Yay Mother Gruber!

Inspired by the enigmatic John Mallett of Bell’s Brewery, this festive IPA is loaded with the dankest, sticky, drippy, and piney hops the Gigantic brewers could get their hands on.

A sublime hybrid of an American-style Double IPA and a Winter Warmer, Wreck the Halls has comforting notes from pale and crystal malts and copious quantities of Centennial hops for a bold brew that celebrates the season.

Boneyard’s flagship beer is pale in color with pineapple and citrus notes. Boiled and dry hopped with 4 Northwest hop varieties.

A dark, malty celebration ale with layered flavors and beautifully balanced hopping. Jubelale pours deep garnet in color, medium bodied, with notes of chicory, earth, spice and fruit. To beer lovers, it’s like Yule fire and family.

This specialty beer is characterized by its deep dark colour, with a creamy, thick head and a full, almost velvety taste with a fruity nose. A blend of Belgian-inspired Imperial Stouts matured for one and two years in freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Deep, dark, and decadent, our strongest offering is blended once a year.

Van Henion Pilsner is an uncompromising take on the classic German-style pilsner that’s won the collective hearts of beer lovers across the world. Van Henion Kölsch is a classic German-style ale brewed true to tradition with German.

This hazy IPA was built on a trustworthy base of malted red wheat and multiple generous additions of Mosaic. Expect refreshing notes of blueberry juice and sappy pine trees on a rainy day.

Juicy pomegranate goodness and a just a little tart to brighten up your day. We source our fresh-pressed pomegranate juice directly from growers in California because it’s the best-tasting juice you can buy. The slightly tannic pomegranate balances well with the apple sweetness of our base cider.

Massive quantities of marionberries are blended with a base of dry apple cider and left to age to perfection. Pouring a crystal clear magenta, this cider features Oregon’s tart, lip-smacking marionberry with a subtle fruit aroma, deep berry flavor and dry finish.

Magnanimous IPA has been a North Coast winter seasonal classic for over a decade.

This collaboration with our good friends at Earth & Sky Farm in Oregon City combines Pacific Northwest hops with generous amounts of hand-harvested Oregon Grand Fir Tips. The result is a noble blend of piney hops, evergreen aroma and the familiar warmth of ritual.

This was originally the Sweet Virginia Series beer for June 2015. Magnanimous IPA was brewed by Fort George co-owner Chris Nemlowill with some fir picking help from Tim Ensign. It became a yearly canned seasonal in November 2015.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

Some say the origin of this ale is shrouded in a dark mystery. Others say its origin can be traced back to the Cascadia region, where it was named. We say stop reading already and enjoy this hoppy brew with its tanned marshmallow-like foam top, while the aroma of fresh-cut Douglas fir and delicate scent of toffee dance below the surface. After all, some mysteries are best left unknown, while others are left to be drunk.
