Our Night Sailor Stout carefully aged on fresh lemon peel and shredded coconut. The sweet chocolate notes of the stout elevate to another level with a beautiful medley of sweet lemon and tropical coconut.

Pilsner with Lorien hops from Indie hops and a light handed addition of pineapple puree from Oregon Fruit. The beer is inspired from one of my favorite fruit drinks, the agua de piña. Sparkwood & 21 is a Coffee & Cherry Pie Stout. Mysterious and dark, just like the sleepy little town of Twin Peaks.

Fort George 1000 Years Of Silence (Mexican Chocolate Imperial Stout)

A rich, spiced chocolate stout with Guajillo, Puya, Ancho, and Arbol Chilis.

When you look into the silence, what do you taste? The infinite expanse of spiced possibilities? The earthy warmth of Arbol chilis? The smooth, sweet taste of dark chocolate? There are ships sailing to many ports, but not a single one goes where life is not painful. The human soul is a well on the earth’s surface that’s never used. There’s an old Fort George legend that says 1,000 Years of Silence will return when we need it most.

Czech Amber Lager brewed in support of PVA. Grain and hops were donated by Prairie Malt and Crosby Hops. A medium bodied brilliant amber lager with a soft and slightly creamy mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes:
Rich toasty bread aromas with subtle Millard caramel like notes with distinct floral and spicy hops on the nose. Grainy graham cracker and caramel flavors with, subtle notes of plum and berry on the backend finishing with baking spice from the Saaz hops. Clean traditional lager characteristics.

Sea Change is a bright, modern West Coast IPA layered with berry-forward Mosaic character, zesty citrus, pine resin, and just a touch of dankness. Brewed in collaboration with the awesome crew at Irrelevant, this beer is all about blending our styles while celebrating a hop we all love. Mosaic takes center stage, amplified by Cashmere Lupomax to push its berry and citrus tones into sharper focus.

This collab also means a lot to us personally. Sebastian was a longtime brewer at Trap Door in the early days, and he was the one who passed the torch to Jake when he joined the team. Seeing what Seb and Quin have built at Irrelevant has been rad, and getting together to finally brew a beer felt long overdue.

We hope you enjoy this bright, expressive IPA as much as we enjoyed making it.

Winning isn’t everything, but it sure is fun! We brewed up this super special IPA with our good friends at Alesong Brewing and Blending (Eugene) and Grand Fir Brewing (Portland). All three of our breweries were awarded the coveted 2024 Brewery of the Year title at GABF in 2024. Pungent and fruity, this collab brew is chock-full of high intensity flavor and aroma hops, and is bursting with notes of dank berries, sweet fruit, and citrus. Three Oregon breweries, eight 2024 GABF medals, and 100% awesome.

Juicy and tropical, Pacific Pineapple rolls ripe Costa Rica golden pineapples into fresh-pressed Northwest apples. Refreshingly juicy and easy drinking, no matter your locale!

Using exclusively sourced Northwest apples, each batch is fresh-pressed with a custom blend of ingredients. After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed low and slow until it reaches less than 0.5% AB. The newly dealcoholized cider is finished and blended to create a crisp, clean cider that you can enjoy anytime.

Crafted with Puff Coffee, it’s layered, roasty, and balanced — a true PNW stout.

The Big Dipper shines bright every night in the northern sky pointing the way to the north star. This lovely lager is brewed with loganberries grown on Bauman’s Farm and German Callista hops. The combination gives the beer its pink hue and aromas of cane berries and hard fruit candies

Lighting is everything. In the right hands, a single 2700k incandescent bulb can turn a spaceship into a medieval fortress. Similarly, in the right hands, a supremely dark and flavorful malt bill can transform a regular beer into a Czech Dark Lager.

Mood Lighting, a complex, toasty, Czech-style Dark Lager, was brewed in collaboration with our friends at ColdFire Brewing Company, just in time for their annual Dark Lager Fest.

A Phony Negroni is a non-alcoholic version of the classic Negroni cocktail, crafted by St. Agrestis to mimic the bitter, complex, and botanical flavors of the original. It is made with 30 organic botanicals, including juniper and citrus notes, and is carbonated to provide a “bite” that substitutes for alcohol. The drink is designed to be served chilled, often over ice with an orange twist.

Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

The limited-edition IPA will be available on tap at select taprooms and also will be available in cans. With more than 25 brewers in attendance, it is hailed as one of Oregon’s largest collaborative brewing efforts.

Dry Pear and Apple cider Collaboration with Loyal Legion

Saturated Substance is an American India Pale Ale and is a collaboration beer with North Park Brewing Co. Malt: Rahr Pils Hops: Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic CO2 extract. Described to have tasting notes of dark berry, pine, and diesel.

As the earth tilts and orbits draw near tidal forces grow and our beloved coast is shaken. Crisp and bright with delicate aromas of fresh fall flowers and ripe melon. The subtle art of lightness in a dark world.

Behold: all the delicious richness of a porter without the buzz. This malt brew tastes so similar to the original Black Butte Porter that you’ll be doing a double-take. Just right for winning trivia night, enjoying after dinner, making it to Wednesday…or really anytime. The recipient of 8 international non-alcoholic awards, including a 2024 World Beer Cup gold medal, Black Butte Non-Alcoholic is our newest classic.

Very light Mexican style lager

Rich malty and caramel notes are balanced by a very subtle bitterness from the Tettnanger hops. Nitro rounds out the edges, making this an easy-drinking Scottish ale.

Best Day’s Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

Paradise found! Indulge in this tropical burst of tart passionfruit and fresh pineapple balanced with ginger and basil for an exotic, earthy twist.

From the Brewer
The inception of this release stemmed from a request for a “Boochified” soda. As the hard soda trend permeated the market, our R&D team got to work, resulting in this creative twist on a simple ask.

From a 2023 Liquid Art Lab release and now back by popular demand as a core flavor, this juicy, fruit-forward Booch is our take on a better-for-you cactus cooler or tepache, fermented pineapple beverage.

In England we visited Chawton House (which had been owned by Jane Austen’s brother) every chance we got. It was our home away from home. Every winter the house would close and we would count the days until it opened again.

Because of our frequent visits we became close with Jeremy Knight (Jane’s fourth-great nephew) who’d grown up there. One winter he called us to tell us the snowdrops were blooming and invited us to come walk around the grounds and marvel at the crisp, white, bell-shaped blooms.

For this year’s rendition we’re featuring tree different forms of Mosaic. We leaned heavily on our favorite Australian hop, Vic Secret!

Craftwell Cocktails’ non-alcoholic Pineapple Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. It’s made with fresh Costa Rica Gold pineapple, key lime, and agave nectar.

We originally produced this beer as a tribute the life and times of our dear friend Curt Plants, founding Brewmaster at Goodlife Brewing in Bend. This hazy IPA hits all the right hoppy spots with notes of limeade slushie, overripe melon, passionfruit blossom, and candied oranges. We celebrate an awesome human being with an awesome beer.

This pale lager will warm your dreary winter night with notes of slightly sweet malt, fruit & warm spices. Conditioned to have light notes of Garyana ( Oregon White Oak) from Westward Whiskey.

This is Occidental’s homage to the delicious ale of Cologne, Germany. Crisp and dry, it is clean and lager-like, with a pleasant, slightly spicy hop profile supplied by German Perle. Very “sessionable.”

Sweet from the peaches and tart from the berries, this fun summer cider captures that fleeting summer day where the sun is shining and the berries and peaches are in their prime! Enjoy it before it’s gone…

A Munich Helles Lager is the epitome of balance and nuance. Noticeable malt character, but not too malty. Noticeable hop character, but not too hoppy. The key is using quality ingredients and a meticulous process. Fort George brewed with German malts to get the proper regional flavor profile and Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops for a delicate balance of floral and fruity. Fermentation was extra low and slow, creating a clean and crisp ester profile. And traditional spunding, where the tank is kept under pressure during fermentation, produced natural carbonation. The result is a sessionable, flavorful, crisp beer for your favorite outings.

We enlisted a Tiger Team of hops to deliver up fresh-pressed paradise. Motueka, El Dorado, Lemondrop Nd Azacca hops hit hard with tropical and citrus overtones, while a well balanced malt profile carries the day.

NITRO version of their award winning porter that hints at aromas and flavors of chocolate. This beer is brewed to style and is silky smooth. All flavors come from the specialty malts. The bitterness is low to medium and balances nicely with the malt character to make this porter easily enjoyed all year round!

A spontaneous farmhouse ale aged in oak barrels for one year.

A spontaneous wild ale aged in oak barrels for 18 months, dry hopped with fresh Strata hops.

Created with the stickiest high-grade hops grown here in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a blast of heady dank herb, blue spruce, and orange skunk hop notes wrapped up tight with a resinous Sticky Hands body.

A Spontaneous Wild Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Syrah Grapes

An easy-sippin’ and refreshing Hard Agua Fresca made from dried Hibiscus blossoms and cane sugar and combined with the tart, citrus notes of fresh-squeezed Lime juice. Loads of residual sweetness with a rich, full mouthfeel and lingering finish. Mixes well with drier ciders.

Fun to drink, fun to say. This fruited sour wallops your palate with tidal waves of tangerine and vanilla bean. A sweet and tart backbone provides a rich and soft mouthfeel. FYI: this beer contains Lactose.

Druif Rouge is our latest foray into the world of wine grapes. We paired our Lambic-inspired ale, aged in French Oak barrels, with Pinot Noir grapes from our friends at Trisaetum Winery. The happy result is Druif Rouge, featuring aromas of watermelon and dark berries, and notes of juniper, plum, and kiwi. Enjoy the union of grape and grain!

Riesling grapes from Brooks Estate Vineyard mixed with our Lambic-inspired base imbue pFriem’s Druif Blanc with inviting aromas of fresh bread and berries. Its notes of delicate rose petals, pear and green apple, and its dry, sparkly finish may think its fine wine, but it’s beer— we promise.

Double-decocted black bock brewed strongly with Münich and Roast malts and fermented extremely cold with our secret heritage lager yeast and finished with an excessive, hibernative lagering schedule. This iteration of German bockbier is our dirge to the Fall & Winter.

Ferment Dry Stout embodies the spirit of the extremely quaffable, midnight-black ales of Dublin. A pale mash and unique black sparge technique imparts a gentle acidity to the beer along with a clean, delicate roast character in this surprisingly refreshing dark ale.

Inspired by the original beer style of Bavarian Villages, Buoy Dunkel yields flavors of chocolate, toffee, caramel, and fresh baked bread that are perfect for a cozy pint in our riverside village. A gentle kiss of hops brings a nice, crisp finish to this smooth, complex lager.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Athletic Lite is a light brew, completely reimagined. It’s classically simple but expertly crafted with 25 calories, 5 carbs, and organic grains. We brewed it specifically for the sport of life and all the good times that come with it.

Seeking out some haze? pFriem Hazy IPA has tropical aromas of clementine, peach, strawberry, mango, and papaya, and juicy notes of grapefruit, white grape, and whipped citrus. Creamsicle meringue rests atop a mysterious body of grilled mango and haze. If you’re looking for haze, you’re in the right place. Clearly!

If you know Monkless, you know we’re not known for brewing small beers – that said, we wanted a clean sessionable beer to share as the warm summer months approached us. We were inspired by the Trappist tradition of the Belgian Single. Brother’s Bier is a SMaSH beer brewed from Pilsen malt and Sterling hops, and fermented to a nice dry finish with our traditional Trappist yeast strain. A late hop addition of Sterling adds a bit of spicy, citrusy hop aroma and flavor to the quintessential fruity-spicy yeast character of a classic Belgian Single

Inspired by Autumn’s warm days and crisp nights, Flicker was designed to spark conversation and community while delivering a delightfully unique hop profile with notes of melon, lychee, stonefruit, and pine. Brewed often and canned fresh, look for Flicker around the Pacific Northwest this fall.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

What’s not to love about the scent of a beautiful floral bouquet? pFriem Japanese Lager features aromas of Shiso plum, fresh bread, and violet aromas, and sparkling notes of fresh green tea and wildflowers. Brewed with rice in the Japanese tradition, it’s an effervescent delight that smells like flowers and drinks like beer.
