Hazy and pale with a nice white head. Orange peel really comes through in the aroma, backed by coriander, a touch of pepper, and a soft wheat twang.

We’re talking creamy peanut butter, gooey marshmallow fluff, and a hint of toasted white bread – all packed into a smooth, malty stout. It’s nutty. It’s fluffy. It’s everything your younger self hoped to eat whenever you felt like it.

Is an American style amber ale that is coppery brown in color with some reddish hues. Brewed with 7 different malts to create a well balanced smooth profile with just enough sweetness and a touch of chocolate. Single hopped for very clean crisp bitterness. Named after the cloud of ash that formed after Mt. St Helens erupted in 1980. Taste the flavor eruption.

We had so much fun, we did it again! Our 8th birthday celebration continues with another collab with Other Half… this time in their wheelhouse- HAZY! Mango, peach, grapefruit.

Brewed in collaboration with the Elakha Alliance for their annual Oregon Otter Beer Festival at OMSI. The event requires that beers be produced using a large portion of (English) Maris Otter pale malt but can be presented in any style of beer. The beer also needs to come with a fanciful otter inclusive name. This year we focused on a hoppy, light XPA that comes in at just under 5% ABV. Otterly Beautiful hits with a snappy bite and punchy tropical and citrus flavor profile.
Hops: Chinook, Citra, Tangier, Nelson Sauvin Cryo, Nectaron Cryo, Cold Pressed Waimea Hop Keif.

After fermentation, the alcohol is gently removed low and slow until it reaches less than 0.5% AB. The newly dealcoholized cider is finished and blended to create a crisp, clean cider that you can enjoy anytime.

Duskbound Hazy IPA – the perfect end-of-day sip. Designed to be crisp & approachable for everyday drinking while also packing a punch of tropical fruit, peach and orange peel – this beer is as bright and enjoyable as a golden summer sunset.

Her eyeliner is as sharp as her bite. She’s as cold as her little black heart and as dark as the deepest depths of Hades. She’s touring the facility and picking up slack all while being the most haunting presence in the room. Deep, brooding chocolate forms the backbone carrying a polished noble spice to keep everything in line.

Shucklebucks! Pardon my French, but I just needed to air out my lungs a bit. This big Brown Ale features a wide assortment of specialty malts, yielding a roasty, chocolatey brew. Sweet treacle undertones are balanced by baker’s chocolate bitterness. Enjoy a pint and say Aw Shucklebucks to whatever irks you today. Perhaps you’ll feel better for it.

Golden sour fermented and acidified in our white oak foeder for over 2 years with two strains of brettanomyces and a French Saison yeast. Stone fruit and watermelon flavors dance with citric acidity and a slightly sweet finish.

Boasting a family name, McGarrahan’s Irish Red is an American take on a traditional Irish Red Ale. Crafted using malted barley, hops, and yeast, our recipe uses pale and roasted malts to create tawny reddish hues, a rich malty flavor, and enough hops to offset the malty sweetness resulting in a pleasantly dry finish.

Crafted with purpose, Earth Day IPA combines Salmon-Safe hops from Coleman Agriculture with malt from Admiral Maltings using Western Rivers Conservancy’s eco-driven barley, resulting in a refreshing West Coast IPA. The barley was grown as part of WRC’s efforts to preserve key riparian habitat along the John Day River. With aromas of guava and lychee and juicy notes of pineapple and red currant, this beer finishes bright and clean. A beer for our planet, with every sip supporting rivers conservation, watershed health, wildlife habitat preservation, and access for all.

Sugarplum Cherry is a seasonal kombucha from BNF Kombucha & Jun that combines vanilla, plum, and dark cherry flavors. It’s intended to be a wintery treat.

Inspired by the historic Grand Place in the city of Brussels and their haze-filled days (with a nod, of course, to the New England Haze Craze), this beer is brimming with a juicy, tropical and citrusy hop profile while also delivering the flavors of one of our favorites, a classic Belgian Tripel. Brewed using a traditional Belgian brewing foundation, we started with Belgian Pilsen malt, followed by a classic Belgian Trappist yeast, then took a departure from the norm and double dry hopped this Belgian Tripel with a generous amount of Citra, El Dorado, and Mandarina Bavaria hops giving rise to our latest delicious creation. The Pacific Northwest is home to the highest quality hops grown in the world. We put them to work in our IPA No. 5, an aromatic and flavor-filled hop forward beer with generous late-kettle and dry hop additions. This modern IPA is bursting with citrus aroma with hints of tropical and stone fruit flavor. GABF 2015 Silver Medal Winner & 2018 World Beer Cup Silver Medal Winner.

Ground Breaker 99 Light Lager
The ultimate gluten-free light beer. Low in calories with
no compromise in flavor. Crisp with modestly forward
flavors of malt and hops. This light American lager is a
perfect year-round anytime beer. 3.5%

Lost in Fragaria was fermented with 28 pounds of strawberries per barrel, giving the beer a pink color and full body. Soured with lactobacillus brevis in a warm wort and then finished with ale yeast, the beer has a soft tartness that is well balanced with a perception of sweetness from the fruit. The beer was given a subtle dry hop charge of Hüll Melon hops, which are known to impart honeydew melon and strawberry flavor.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Crux No Mo IPA
How about drinking a near beer that tastes like the real thing? Refreshingly hoppy with a familiar mouthfeel, we crafted this non-alcoholic IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops using only traditional brewing methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

Here we offer a wine that is easy to like. It’s easy to ask for a second glass with this one.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

Double IPA may have been invented by accident but pFriem Triple IPA was definitely brewed on purpose. With three times the amount of hops and malt, this is a huge hoppy ale brimming with flavors of peaches and cream, notes of strawberries and a ripe citrus finish.
