Something Fresh takes our already amazing award-winning IPA Something Dank to the next level with addition of 300 pounds of fresh Simcoe hops. Hop character is bold and complex, with notes of tangerine zest, bright evergreen, wild berry jam, and flowering OG Kush.

La Baie Sauvage, or “the wild berry,” is a Lambic aged on huckleberries. This untamed fruit is similar to blueberries and has yet to be successfully cultivated anywhere in the world! Consequently, the particular huckleberries the world-class crew at pFriem used in the brew had to literally be foraged in Gifford Pinchot National Forest in southern Washington! But first, the brewers started with a Lambic aged in oak for two years. Then they added the elusive berries, allowing them to ferment for six months. Finally, they bottle conditioned La Baie Sauvage with champagne yeast for a scintillatingly effervescent sip.

Notes of bright, luscious jam and piney juniper intertwine with tart, tangy nuances of lemon zest and pineapple. Whispers of oak carry underneath until a refreshingly crisp finish.

The first Imperial Stouts were high-alcohol concoctions brewed for Czar Peter the Great of Russia. Our own Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout absorbs the tannins of Bourbon Barrels for almost a full year, resulting in huge roasted malt, chocolate mousse, coconut and ripe cherry flavors that may leave you feeling like a bit of a monarch yourself

Time to polish up those pint glasses. Cascade is the hop that put Yakima Valley hop fields in the international spotlight. And we pay tribute to this with Cascade Fresh, featuring 400lbs of freshly harvested Cascade hops from CLS Farms in Moxee, WA. Brewed in collaboration with Vancouver, WA’s 3 locationed tap houses, TAPS! Look for mouthwatering notes of watermelon and citrus along with subtle notes of iced tea. Every Wednesday after Labor Day, we gather in the courtyard of our Pub in Astoria to pick hops off the bine for our favorite and longest running seasonal beer: CoHoperative Ale. Every year, friends and family from all over Oregon and Washington drop off between 80 and 120 pounds of backyard hop harvests to be processed and dumped directly into the hop back. We’ve been brewing CoHop for nearly two decades and we have friends and neighbors who’ve been contributing their hyper-local hops since the beginning.

Van Henion Kölsch is a classic German-style ale brewed true to tradition with German.

Brewed with BRU-1 & Sabro hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Hoppy and tropically refreshing with a familiar, full-bodied mouthfeel, we crafted this alternative Hazy IPA using only traditional methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

This hazy IPA was built on a trustworthy base of malted red wheat and multiple generous additions of Mosaic. Expect refreshing notes of blueberry juice and sappy pine trees on a rainy day.

Juicy pomegranate goodness and a just a little tart to brighten up your day. We source our fresh-pressed pomegranate juice directly from growers in California because it’s the best-tasting juice you can buy. The slightly tannic pomegranate balances well with the apple sweetness of our base cider.

Massive quantities of marionberries are blended with a base of dry apple cider and left to age to perfection. Pouring a crystal clear magenta, this cider features Oregon’s tart, lip-smacking marionberry with a subtle fruit aroma, deep berry flavor and dry finish.

Brewed with coriander in a rich, Dubbel base, its toffee aromas and hints of fresh, ripe orange will leave a milk-chocolaty velvet coat on Santa’s tongue and guarantee that you won’t be getting sticks this year.

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. We think you’ll agree that it’s just as flavorful as mom’s pumpkin pie and there’s no baking required.

This year we diverged from our 100% Alexeli estate fruit Rosé and created a blend with 45% arriving from Paradis Vineyard, a L.I.V.E. and Salmon Safe Certified vineyard near McMinnville for a bit of extra depth. Similar growing styles paired with variations in micro-climate made for a fun blending session with our wine team. LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified, Dry Farmed, Vegan.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
