A crisp, floral German Pilsner with noble hops and a clean malt finish. Light-bodied and refreshing, it lands perfectly between a hoppy Pils and a smooth Helles—made for sunny-day sipping.

Brewed with Eraclea barley grown near the Adriatic Sea northeast of Venice and hopped with a tri-fecta of German hops. Buoy Italian Pilsner has a noticeable malty-sweet aroma with notes of oat & honey and earthy, herbal & spicy hop notes & aromas.

Collaboration with Binary Brewing, Loyal Legion, and John’s Marketplace. This New Zealand style Pilsner was brewed just in time for May the 4th.

All Mosaic. All the time. That’s what we’re saying. Last brewed in 2016, our 100% Mosaic hopped Flashback IPA makes its return, only bigger, better, and smarter than last time. Flashback displays an incredible depth for a single hop beer. Brewer’s magic takes Mosaic in all its wonderful forms – T90, Cyro, Dynaboost, CO2 extract, and Quantum Brite – to create a truly memorable IPA experience. Two different lots of Mosaic T90 – check. Mosaic dip hop – check. Mosaic ferm dry hop – yup, done. The result of this Mosaic madness is a hop saturation point rich with notes of tangerine, blueberry, cotton candy, and dankness.

Tropical and exotic, the Ginja Ninja’s training is complete when raw ginger root collides with Northwest apples to deliver a balance of sweet and spicy.

Ginja Ninja brings together fresh-pressed apples and whole ginger root for a cider that is a balance of sweet and spicy. Northwest apples are selected to compliment the tropical notes found in the ginger root. Much like the apple varieties used in cider making, ginger has a long and storied history. Traded longer than nearly any other spice, raw ginger adds a formidable presence to the profile of the Ginja Ninja.

Bondi’s overall impression is that of a well-integrated, easy-drinking and refreshing IPA. Dry hopping during active fermentation creates vibrant notes of mango nectar, ripe passionfruit, Strawberry Kush, and lychee blossoms. Light bodied and relatively dry, this tropical IPA is your own Bondi beach party in a glass.

Set sail with Fluff as we chart a course through world hop territories. This latest voyage takes us to France, bringing back Barbe Rouge hops. Zesty citrus aromas of orange and kumquat sail with ripe currant and strawberry hop characters.

Fermented with our own wild yeast aka Forager, propaged in 2018 from our beehives on site, Sebastian Saison is a return to our roots as a saison-forward brewery. Dry-hopped and tank conditioned, this is a dry, floral, and subtly bitter saison with old school dry hops grown in Oregon. This will be a great food pairing beer with shellfish, salads, and grillled meats and vegetables.

The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Citra, Mosaic & Cascade. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a “hop head”, hop on!!

Inspired by classic European pilsners, Gloria! is brewed with choice malt and hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. A delicate malt body blends beautifully with the hop notes of a spring meadow.

Seeking out some haze? pFriem Hazy IPA has tropical aromas of clementine, peach, strawberry, mango, and papaya, and juicy notes of grapefruit, white grape, and whipped citrus. Creamsicle meringue rests atop a mysterious body of grilled mango and haze. If you’re looking for haze, you’re in the right place.

For our first Dry Cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtons and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard were pressed and fermented on our house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching. 6.7% ABV, Gluten Free

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.
