Salty, tannic black licorice candy and mellow, warming, subtly sweet milk chocolate combine in the distinctive flavor profile of Salmiakki salted licorice chocolate.

There’s a Black Lake in just about every county in Washington State and half the counties in Oregon – full of trout and algae, sometimes ice cold and fathoms deep, shrouded in mist, surrounded by ancient forest, accessible only by a long, narrow gravel road up a steep mountainside.

Our Black Lake is a stout with soundless depth and a salty, anise-y savour.

Live! Tangerine & Apricot Sour features over 50lb/barrel of fresh apricot and tangerine suspended in a light and drinkable sour ale. Our aim with these Live sours is to capture the subtle essences of the fruit and to enjoy the refreshing qualities of lactic fermentation. For our first Dry Cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtons and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard were pressed and fermented on our house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching. 6.7% ABV, Gluten Free

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.
