Meet the latest addition to our core beer lineup – Burlington Hazy IPA. Burlington is packed full of cutting-edge hop products, including the expressive new hop variety Dolcita. This brew delivers bold flavors of candied peach rings, fresh citrus zest, and tropical fruit juice. Burlington has a distinctly juicy finish with soft bitterness, and a pillowy mouthfeel.

This classically built American Stout ticks all the boxes in the textbook. SALTED LICORICE & CHOCOLATE STOUT

A savory, salty, licorice and chocolate stout inspired by Nordic style Salmiakki Chocolate.

Salty, tannic black licorice candy and mellow, warming, subtly sweet milk chocolate combine in the distinctive flavor profile of Salmiakki salted licorice chocolate.

There’s a Black Lake in just about every county in Washington State and half the counties in Oregon – full of trout and algae, sometimes ice cold and fathoms deep, shrouded in mist, surrounded by ancient forest, accessible only by a long, narrow gravel road up a steep mountainside.

Our Black Lake is a stout with soundless depth and a salty, anise-y savour.

Moutain Rise appples have a delicate red flesh that glows the perfect blush when fermented. They have lots of acid and aromatics. Fermented with a white wine yeast to puckering dry, then aged in French Reisling barrels for a month. This blush is dry, but with lots of mouth feel from the time in oak.

Grizzly Snacks is a refreshing kettle sour brewed with heaps of Marionberries, Blackberries, and Raspberries. The berries give the beer a bright, jammy flavor and a beautiful red hue. Light, refreshing, and approachable.

Our GABF Gold-winning recipe, Ancient Grove, is brewed in the German Altbier tradition with extended cold conditioning. Beautiful caramel-rich malts are balanced with a crisp and refreshing finish

As exciting as a Pamela Anderson action thriller and as soothing as grandmas classic summer pie. Is this the beer grandma would give you if your grandma was Pamela Anderson? Maybe so. Which isn’t to say we’ve soured on the iconic PA, we applaud her for being so in the moment and so herself, much like this beer is. Yeah, there’s plenty of strawberry and there’s no denying the tartness of the Rhubarb but it’s all balanced and not fake.

Abominable is a perfect blend of caramel malts and Simcoe, Azacca, and Centennial hops, creating a complex, spicy, and citrusy winter ale.

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.
