A while back, the entire crew at Finn’s Manor went to Oaxaca, Mexico, to learn about Mezcal; this is why the mezcal selection at Finn’s is stellar. While down there, soaking up the food, culture, and weather, they returned with an appreciation of many things Oaxacan. So when Tom approached us about collaborating with them using heirloom Oaxacan corn, we said hell yes! 40% of the grist was whole kernel blue and purple Oaxacan corn we ground ourselves. It has left the lager with the very slightest pink tint. So faint it can be perceived best through direct sunlight after drinking a 4-pack of Cerveza Clara Y Mas Fina Especial!

Brewed for Seattle, inspired by the Slovenian Alps. Piknik was brewed with a
blend of distinctive European Pilsner malts and the unique Styrian Bobek hop, giving it a
pleasant bitterness hugged by a soft malt flavor. Piknik was open fermented at 46F, cold
conditioned at 31F for forever, and naturally carbonated. It pours clear with a rocky, distinctive
head. Brewed specifically for picnic tables and friendly chats about what we see in the clouds.

We are humbled to be able to release our 30th Anniversary IPA this year, and we couldn’t be any more stoked! Notes of mango, citrus and tropical fruit are prominent, thanks to heavy handed additions of Krush, Citra and Citra Cryo hops. Pull on your headphones and sample a can of this Session IPA collaboration with Tape Op Magazine, the premier publication for sound engineers and audiophiles. Overdub IPA is a Fort George favorite, a sensory overload of mango and papaya aromas, grapefruit tones, and mellow citrus.

Larry Crane founded Tape Op Magazine in 1996. We first talked about a beer collaboration back in 2014, when Larry just happened to be visiting the Lovell Taproom on vacation. He’s a fan of Fort George and IPAs, and we’re fans of Larry Crane and Tape Op.

We went all-in on the hops for this ultra-crushable hazy. Huge notes of mango, mandarin orange, and red grapefruit leap from the glass, balanced by a dank edge from Simcoe that keeps it from going full fruit bomb. Silky carbonation, medium body, and a bright, juicy finish make it perfect for chasing that first warm breeze of Fool’s Spring

Imagine if the best loved IPA in Washington State met up with Oregon’s longest standing, year-round, best-selling Vortex IPA. They meet in the stands at a college football game halfway between Astoria and Seattle and by the end of the third quarter, they’re shaking hands and cracking cans. And the cans they crack are Vortizafa. Part Vortex, part Bodhizafa. Bright, silky, positively citrusy, brewed with the power of two Georges: Fort George and Georgetown.

IPA is a diverse group of ales with many presentations. We find ourselves once again looking to cross boundaries to create the best flavor concepts. This somewhat dry, somewhat resinous IPA does just that. Utilizing a blend of hops that helps to embellish all the finer elements of Simcoe, this IPA has big tropical and citrus flavors but has built in layers of classic hop character.

Patagonia Provisions x Deschutes Brewery Kernza Lager is a Certified Organic premium lager that is bright, crisp and wildly drinkable at 4.7% ABV.

The beer is brewed with Certified Organic Kernza (a soil-saving, carbon-capturing perennial grain), Regenerative Organic Certified rye, Certified Organic hops, and malted 2-row barley. Radically responsible, the ingredients in Kernza Lager are grown in ways that improve soil health, minimize erosion, preserve biodiversity and protect waterways.

Live! Tangerine & Apricot Sour features over 50lb/barrel of fresh apricot and tangerine suspended in a light and drinkable sour ale. Our aim with these Live sours is to capture the subtle essences of the fruit and to enjoy the refreshing qualities of lactic fermentation. This sour ale is bursting from the glass with a bold, tangy, citrusy flavor and aroma that is balanced by the soft, sweet elements of the apricot. Great for any occasion; but especially as the sun begins to warm our little valley.

For our first Dry Cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtons and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard were pressed and fermented on our house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching. 6.7% ABV, Gluten Free

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.
