pFriem Frambozen is made by adding fresh raspberries to our Lambic-inspired ale, resulting in a deep fuchsia, pink foam-topped nectar, with perfumy aromas of fresh fruit, flavors of fresh jam, and a tart, prickly finish. If that sounds intriguing, just wait until you taste it!

Manhattan NW is a blend of sour quad and blond ales aged in bourbon barrels with sour pie cherries and apricot noyaux. A tribute to the classic Manhattan cocktail, this fan favorite features flavors of bourbon, maraschino cherries, bitter almond and a hint of malt sweetness.

A version of classic American style. Punchy with Sabro, Citra, and Cascade hops. Balanced, medium bitterness, with a nice finish with lemon, grapefruit, and coconut.

Shake things up with Polar Party as you step into a winter wonderland swirling with a lively blend of elderflower, PNW blueberries, and fresh-pressed apples. This limited cider is guaranteed to break the ice at any winter bash.

Say hello to Mr. Mercury, our take on a traditional Bohemian pilsner. Brewed with only the finest Saaz hops and a blend of Bohemian barley malts grown in the Czech Republic, this beer will have you singing from the rafters. Or at least trying to, nobody can hit those notes like Freddy could.

This rich and complex malt profile is bready with a hint of biscuit on the finish that compliments the soft bitterness from the Saaz hops. Noble hop notes of spice and delicate floral aromas tie everything together in a nice little package. What we’re saying is it’s totally fucking crushable.

A positively dank double dry hopped west coast IPA to cleanse the palates of the worthy.

In the darkest month, on the coldest coast, in the land of beer, the Fort George brewers are hard at work crafting stout after stout. Malefice was made in collaboration with Brujos Brewing, a little reprieve from the darkness with enough Krush, Mosaic, and Nelson hops to stand up against a cold Astoria winter.

EGGNOG STOUT

Brewer and Quality Assurance Team Leader, David Plechl, is a fan of Eggnog. He has this to say about his Stout Nog creation, Nitro Nog Log:

“The idea here was to capture that lovely spice, creamy sweetness and rich spirit vibe of a great eggnog, and nestle it all within the chocolate-y decadence of a really drinkable stout. We brewed a ‘small’ stout which we then blended with one Basil Hayden aged Imperial Stout barrel, for depth, complexity and a kiss of oak and whisky. To push it a little bit farther, we conditioned the stout on cardamom pods and hand selected, rum-soaked vanilla beans. Being on nitro should make it all very “noggy.” And hey, look ma! No eggs!”

This cider is semi-dry and low alcohol. It cider is light, refreshing, and bubly with notes of melon, and green grapes. It has a creamy texture with a light minerality on the tongue.

specialty malts and over fifty pounds of coconut shavings. The word “coco” means “Laughing Face”, so let

The chocolate and toffee notes from cold brewed coffee complements the hazelnut flavor in the rich Porter base. The end result is a nutty coffee delight!

Banana Adjunct Nut Crusher Porter

An easy drinking, dry light lager. Starting with a light malt bill, we add Hallertauer Mittelfruh hops that gives this smooth beer balance and mellow, floral notes. Effervescent and renewable.

To kick off our 10th year in business, we decided to brew this epic version of our Tangle of Tigers with our friends at Ruse brewing. Utilizing unconventional hopping techniques and a host of specialty hop products, we have once again unleashed the palate bending ferocity of the Tiger, but with the combined awesomeness of our Ruse allies.

Matryoshka begins with a decadent imperial
stout aged for one year in whiskey and bourbon
barrels. During this twelve month period of
confinement, the powerful flavor of the barrel
tempers the dessert-like sweetness of the base
beer to produce a rich, smooth, flavorful stout
that is neither too thick, nor too thin.
Matryoshka is perfectly, lovingly crafted to fulfill
our finest stout dreams. Smaller and smaller
variations will continue to emerge from the
mother batch, conditioned on complementary
ingredients, creating a family of variants to be
released in February 2023.

Westland Whiskey Barrels.

In the peak of Autumn, Kyle traveled back to England to visit friends, to center and reacquaint himself with the culture that has so greatly influenced his brewing style.

In the Lakes District, Kyle spent time with his friend, Matt Clarke, who owns Lakes Brew Co. Matt crafts inspiring, thoughtful beers. They hiked the lakes, swapped stories, shared meals………000o00000
0000 and pints, and created a collaboration brew together.

Kyle wanted to commemorate the time he spent in England with a special beer, a nod to Ambleside, where Lakes Brew Co. is opening a pub, and where Kyle stayed during his visit. Ambleside Pale Ale, is a tribute to Matt and the meticulous, flavorful brews from the Lakes Brew Co. team.

This is hazy our way: Loaded with tropical goodness and some back-end hop presence provided by a healthy dose of late addition Cryo hops and a novel blend of Norwegian kveik yeast strains. It’s not a juice box. It’s beer. Really good beer. Confident in cervisia nobis. (In beer we trust)

Crisp, light, refreshing pilsner with a hint of citrus

Appearance: Brilliantly clear, deep copper in color with ruby highlights with a medium tan head.
Aroma: High malt richness with hints of caramel, toffee nuts and slight chocolate. Slight floral hop aroma.
Flavor: Similar to aroma, restrained bitterness with a malty balance. Clean fermentation profile.
Mouthfeel: Full-bodied, with a soft and dextrinous mouthfeel. Smooth lager character.

This beer was created to express our love for the diversity that exists within the world of lager. In every sense, the tradition of this beer was respected, through ingredient selection and process.

Sweet Sassy Molassy is a dark strong ale brewed with black strap molasses and matured in bourbon barrels. Complex grist balances notes of cured tobacco, caramel and gentle smoke with dark molasses, bourbon and oak.

This 50/50 “Take-Out” styled stout made with chocolate, vanilla soft serve, and lactose, just like your fav shake. Get it double-double stout style!

This New Zealand IPA is brewed with Motueka, Waimea, Wakatu and Nelson Sauvin hops

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. Tropical. Dank. Ripe.

This hazy IPA was brewed utilizing two of our favorite hops; Citra and Mosaic! The result is a tropical fruit medley with a balanced overripe dankness. Notes of pineapple, guava, lychee and citrus are the real show here, while the malt bill helps accentuate the fluffy mouthfeel known and loved in this style. This special IPA still finishes relatively dry to ensure maximum crushability.

Carefree island vibes are deliciously delivered with Las Piñas, our refreshing ode to sunnier days. Barrel-aged with fresh, chopped pineapple, this golden hued beauty is your liquid passport to the tropics. A delicious dance partner with rich game meats, Mexican mole and chocolate desserts.

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

NA IPA

Our Flagship West Coast IPA, Pale in color with layered flavors of Berry, Pine, and an explosion of tropical citrus fruits.

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.

A dark Bock beer, robust in more than one way; just right for, what Germans call, the “Starkbierzeit” (strong beer time). Our Bock has a smooth maltiness reminiscent of rich chocolate and the dark crust of a rustic country bread. Layered on this are dark stone fruit flavors and the clean herbal spiciness of a mix of hops from the Hallertau in Bavaria and the Czech Republic.

This mythological beer emerges from the depths of our brewery every winter. Made with organic Northwest hops and organic malt, Abominable has a complex floral, spicy, and citrus hoppiness backed up by just the right amount of malt sweetness. Don’t turn your back on the beast!

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
