Without warning something’s dawning as our latest West Coast Style IPA awaits your defenseless thirst. As colossal hop aromas rise in harmony with tropical and citrus notes you better run for cover. There is no other.

Crisp, bitter, and dead inside—just like you after three Zoom calls and a Slack ping at 4:59. Built with Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Riwaka, and Galaxy, this one drops hard with mango, passionfruit, and strawberry. Brutally dry. Hauntingly dank.⁠

Creepy = good. Eldritch is a fresh, sinister, Hazy IPA made with an uneasy amount of Galaxy + Idaho 7 + Simcoe Cryo Hops. Weird, ghoulish, disgustingly fresh, Eldritch is set on spreading disturbance with an ABV of 6.8% and a juicy, pillowy mouthfeel with a threatening tropical storm of flavor such as Papaya, Pineapple, and Grapefruit. Creepy goooooood.

An unfiltered IPA brewed with a new (to us) Ale Yeast that kinda tastes like the BEST CASE SCENARIO. A slight pale haze topped off with heady white foam boasts big aromas of peach, nectarine, and strawberry. Medium bitter, bone dry and serious tropicality with a hint of pine. You may want a whole case of this scenario.

Citrus and tropical hop varieties are gathered en masse to create this delicious WarPigs IPA.

A while back, the entire crew at Finn’s Manor went to Oaxaca, Mexico, to learn about Mezcal; this is why the mezcal selection at Finn’s is stellar. While down there, soaking up the food, culture, and weather, they returned with an appreciation of many things Oaxacan. So when Tom approached us about collaborating with them using heirloom Oaxacan corn, we said hell yes! 40% of the grist was whole kernel blue and purple Oaxacan corn we ground ourselves. It has left the lager with the very slightest pink tint. So faint it can be perceived best through direct sunlight after drinking a 4-pack of Cerveza Clara Y Mas Fina Especial!

Brewed for Seattle, inspired by the Slovenian Alps. Piknik was brewed with a
blend of distinctive European Pilsner malts and the unique Styrian Bobek hop, giving it a
pleasant bitterness hugged by a soft malt flavor. Piknik was open fermented at 46F, cold
conditioned at 31F for forever, and naturally carbonated. It pours clear with a rocky, distinctive
head. Brewed specifically for picnic tables and friendly chats about what we see in the clouds.

This intensely hopped and gushing undead Pale Ale will be one’s only respite after the zombie apocalypse. Created with our marvelous friends in the comic industry.

The city of Cologne on the Rhine river in western Germany is renowned for its “Kölsch” beer. Although it utilizes a top-fermenting ale yeast, Kölsch is fermented relatively cold and further cold-conditioned. The purity law of 1516 outlaws using any wheat in lager beer, but since it’s an ale, Kölsch uses up to 20%. It ends up being very clear and yellow, with a slightly fruity aroma, and a sharp crispness.

There was a time when delicious, balanced, “macro-style” lager was being brewed in our backyard. That time is gone, yet’ we’re still drinking the beer that used to be made here. We want to change that.

This unique IPA was born from a shared passion for innovative brewing and a desire to create something truly special for the occasion of opening up our new Tasting Room. Combining expertise, we’ve carefully selected a blend of hops known for their vibrant tropical fruit character, to rest upon a light and dry malt bill that adds just a touch of sweetness from the use of rice. All resulting in a refreshing and flavorful beer that perfectly captures the celebratory spirit.

Collaboration with Binary Brewing, Loyal Legion, and John’s Marketplace. This New Zealand style Pilsner was brewed just in time for May the 4th.

A collaboration with Block 15. Imagine if the legendary Sticky Hands Double IPA and your year-round, all seasons go-to Vortex IPA met at a sports bar half way between Astoria and Corvallis. Hot, clear summer day, a cool breeze off the water and the barest hint of a summer storm gathering on the horizon. They hit it off, obviously, and a few short months later – Vortex Hands is born. A bright, aromatic, perfectly balanced IPA. You’ve got Fort George’s face, Vortex Hands – but you’ve got your father’s lusciously sticky hop aroma.

As a part of our 10th year in business we reached out to our friends at Breakside Brewing Co. to help us brew this beer. Armed with laser sharp IPA skills, the Breakside folks helped us create a truly remarkable hop concept that throws down hard in the West Coast IPA arena. Juicy, yet dry, tropical yet resinous, this beer is all the things.

A French-style Saison that is delicate, soft, and dry; with flavors of stone fruit, black peppercorn, and orange peel.

Belgian Wit

In honor of the only good thing that happened during the COVID-19 pandemic, we toast the introduction of sharing growlers with your neighbors at a safe social distance. Stone-fruit driven hop aroma and flavor are the primary drivers in this clarity lacking golden ale.

Rich body with a smooth finish. Poured on Nitro for a creamy mouthfeel. Featuring Centennial and Fuggle hops.

A gluten free Bohemian/Czech style Pilsner. Brewed with Pilsner Millet Malt from Grouse Malt House and Czech Saaz hops.

Characterized by banana and clove notes imparted by an ancient yeast strain from Bavaria, Hefeweizen has been a summertime favorite since the Middle Ages. Hefeweizen riffs on the style as a refreshing, slightly tart, fruity ale that is light on hops.

As rugged and unique as the rocky shorelands of the Oregon Coast, this bright and flavorful IPA showcases both southern hemisphere and PNW hops with a blend of citrus, stonefruit, and herbaceous notes.

Our take on the classic American Light Lager, brewed always with the best Pacific Northwest grain, hops, and water. Work hard, drink easy, this beer is crafted for the crew.

A spontaneous wild ale aged in oak, blended from two 6-year-old barrels.

West Coast Pilsner. A crisp and refreshing lager but with a big twist of Northwest hops. Brewed with a charge of Eukanot hops in the whirlpool and a dry hopped charge of Citra cryo, this pilsner is decidedly not-noble, an entirely different lager experience

A Spontaneous Wild Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Syrah Grapes

Inspired by our favorite Italian Liqueur, we added fresh lemon zest and vanilla to this select blend of barrels from our wild cellar. Bright, tart, and citrusy, enjoy a taste of the Amalfi Coast from the comfort of your home.

Minute after Midnight is a dark, ponderous stout with a smooth, silky goodness. Full bodied, yet smooth, with a well-balanced bitterness. Hints of dried fruit, vanilla, roast malt, caramel and tobacco are experienced in the aroma and flavor. Best consumed after sundown, but perfect for any occasion where a bold, smooth flavor is desired.

Our Belgian-style Tripel was brewed with rustic Belgian malts and fermented with an especially characterful Trappist yeast strain, producing a complex, pungent beer featuring notes of clove, pear, banana, bubblegum, honey, and caramel. In traditional Belgian fashion, our Tripel leads out with rich, sweet flavors, but finishes surprisingly crisp, dry, and effervescent.

An artistic brown ale brewed with a host of specialty malts and English yeast. Soft body and a malt profile with notes of toasted nuts, baker’s chocolate, and coffee with a dry finish.

Our modern-day pale ale was created with an array of five specially selected NW hops. Notes of Papaya, tangerine and orchard fruits pop on your palate with a smooth delivery of malt body and a crisp finish

This bewitching beer presents itself with an obsidian hue that captures the essence of a moonless night in the heart of Bohemia. Aromas of dark fruit, caramel and subtle dark chocolate waft from the glass, promising a journey into the unknown.

Highlighting El Dorado hops grown here in the PNW, this juicy concoction features bright tropical, citrus, and pine notes with a lush and inviting finish. Call it liquid gold.

The Council of Fates is a Dark Ponderous Blend of 2022 and 2023 Bourbon Council (barrel aged in Heaven Hills barrels) and Minute Before Midnight. Before blending, Our MBM was conditioned on Cocoa nibs sourced from our friends at Chocolate Alchemy.

Our GABF Gold-winning recipe, Ancient Grove, is brewed in the German Altbier tradition with extended cold conditioning. Beautiful caramel-rich malts are balanced with a crisp and refreshing finish.

Celebrating the most iconic beer style to emerge from the Great American West, Ferment
Bright West IPA loads Chinook, Mosaic, and a special harvest of Cascade hops into a
brew of pilsen malt from Colorado. Bright West is then filtered to the brilliance of a
perfect Pacific Sunset. The result is a quite dry bright golden ale supporting a thick head
of foam, rich with the pine and citrus best enjoyed with good friends and an adventurous
spirit.

The fruit salad of hops, “Krush”, is front and center in this bright, fruity, dry & refreshing pale ale.

Hemispheres collide. Southern hops meet northern ambition, unleashing waves of tropical lychee and citrus flavors from Superdelic, Riwaka, and Neleon Sauvin that dance across 90 degrees of latitude.

Shark biscuit is our rotating; Southern Hemisphere hop experience. Loaded full of some of the most compelling hops from NZ and Australia, this IPA showcases some amazing varietals and our creative balancing of their unique flavors.

pFriem Frambozen is made by adding fresh raspberries to our Lambic-inspired ale, resulting in a deep fuchsia, pink foam-topped nectar, with perfumy aromas of fresh fruit, flavors of fresh jam, and a tart, prickly finish. If that sounds intriguing, just wait until you taste it!

Traditional light bodied stout with deep roasted malt flavor throughout. Hints of dark chocolate and tobacco.

Laughing Face Imperial Coconut Porter has all the elements to get you dreaming about wiggling your toes in
the sand and enjoying the sun. You’ll be taken away by the aroma of sweet coconut and chocolate. This will
quickly lead to diving in and enjoying waves of flavor that match. You’ll also be delighted with subtle notes of
roast and a pleasant warming sensation. This vacation for your mouth is ultimately created by using select
specialty malts and over fifty pounds of coconut shavings. The word “coco” means “Laughing Face”, so let

Ferment Bière de Garde is brewed in a farmhouse style originating from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. The subtle nuances of this malt-forward beer come together to make something truly unique. Wild yeast from the slopes of Mt. Hood are married with spicy, herbal hops from Europe, producing un véritable terroir.

Side A of this demo tape features a dynamic duo of Talus, and HBC-586 presented as a refreshing West Coast IPA with a balance expressive of pungent citrus, tropical, resin, and dank herb hop notes.

Made with Australian Enigma hops. Intense but approachable with all the tropical, resinous hop character we could pack in this sessionable summer IPA!

This ruby black Oatmeal Stout is brewed with pale malt and specialty dark malt with rich notes of roast, chocolate ganache, cold brew, and caramel softened by a smooth oat body

There are a lot of things to love about Cascadia, it’s signature dark ale being one of them. In Doug, our version of the beloved CDA, bold roasted malts and smooth rolled oats are balanced with a distinct, clean hop note derived from a hefty dose of locally grown Crystal and Horizon hops. Raise your pints and let your Doug flag fly.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

Ferment 12° Pils Czech-Style Lager uses barley raised and malted in Bohemia and the revered Saaz hop grown in Czech Republic. It’s brewed with the naturally soft and pure water from Mt. Hood to achieve a truly authentic European-style lager.

Sometimes you simply want a beer that’s just delicious. One that’s crisp and flavorful, a subtle balance of malt and hops – a traditional beer. You don’t just want a kölsch, you want a beer that’s Kölschtastic

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.

A dark Bock beer, robust in more than one way; just right for, what Germans call, the “Starkbierzeit” (strong beer time). Our Bock has a smooth maltiness reminiscent of rich chocolate and the dark crust of a rustic country bread. Layered on this are dark stone fruit flavors and the clean herbal spiciness of a mix of hops from the Hallertau in Bavaria and the Czech Republic.

A hard Agua Fresca of Hibiscus blossoms and cane sugar combined with the tart citrus notes of limes. Loads of sweet with a rich mouthfeel + long finish. Blends well with dry ciders.

Cherry Sour Ale

Bright, Shiso Plum, Wild Flowers, Jasmine Rice.

Big, malty, hoppy. Five malt varieties commingle to create a dark red color with a balanced malt base. Late kettle additions and dry-hopping with Ultra and Sterling hops bring out the NW Red’s defining character. A lot’s happening under the surface here; like it is with the mighty Columbia River, rolling right outside our window.

Working alongside our south Corvallis neighbors, Bespoken Coffee Roasters, we elevated our Nebula Stout with a 24-hour cold extraction on freshly roasted coffee beans, which complement its chocolate and caramel roast character with notes of cacao nibs and tart cherries.

True to its name. Cascade, Centennial, Crystal and Simcoe create a citrusy hop confluence that continuously embiggens with each drink. The embodiment of our brewing philosophy to “Never Give An Inch”.

We love beer. We love peanut butter. Nut Crusher Porter is here to bring the best of these two worlds together! All of the wonderful flavors of a nutty, chocolatey, caramel porter, complimented by the addition of creamy peanut butter flavor. It’s a true liquid peanut butter cup, and it’s here for you to enjoy.

Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Gewurztraminer come together to teach us just how lovely an aromatic white wine can be.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.
