Pineapple & Mango Sour

TART | MINTY | JUICY MELON Gose brewed with the addition of watermelon and a bit of mint.

Let me tell you, I’ve had the pleasure of personally sampling this in advance and it’s so freaking stunning, Yokosuka shipped us dried ginger root harvested from their region in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture and the ginger lemon combo is super smooth, tart and a little ginger kick all in harmony.

When dragons roamed the land, warriors hunted the prized dragon fruit.
Northwest apples, raspberries, and dragonfruit combine in this fruit forward off dry cider. The dragon fruits cactus like neon magenta skin and lime green scales mimic the mythical dragon. Those that feast of the flesh, which has a mild kiwi sorbet flavor, will be endowed the strength and ferocity of the dragon. Side effects include breathing fire and other unknowns.

The docks in Astoria have a sea lion problem. Remember when the city thought that a giant orca whale replica might scare off these South Coast natives who were eating all of our salmon and smashing every near-shore structure under their giant, hairy, sunbathing bodies?

Well, it didn’t work. The Sea Lions sank the orca. Not for the first time, what we need here is a Sea Lion Tamer.

Magnum bittering hops; Sapphir and Hallertau Blanc for flavor hops. Augustiner yeast (lager yeast) was used to ferment it with. Modern Oktoberfest beers are called Festbier. It is a stronger version of a Helles beer style. Aroma Will have some sweetness tied up in the medium maltiness. Malts should carry a character of toast and dough, but shouldn’t contain the deeper malt aromas of caramel, biscuit, or darkened toast. Hop aromas should have herbal, spicy and/or floral qualities and can be low to medium-low. Yeast character should be clean. Mouthfeel Medium body on the palate. It can have a smooth quality and creamy texture carried by the medium carbonation. Alcohol warmth is low if present at all.

Rich, toasty malts and a hint of caramel sweetness form the frame for Bunkbeds, our classic American Red Ale. Mt. Hood and Perle hops lend a subtle balance of earthy spice and mild floral bitterness.

Laura (Arnold) Palmer style blonde brewed with Assam black tea from Smith Teamaker, and fresh lemon zest

Strawberry Fields is the Oregon spring epitomized in a glass. Made with NW-grown strawberries and dessert apples, this cider is strawberry jam-forward with nice balance.

This gently tart, golden soured ale was fermented before being inoculated with our house lactobacillus culture. It is then aged in Reposado Tequila barrels before being blended with ample amounts of grapefruit puree, lime juice and zest. A dusting of Hawaiian sea salt was added to round out this Paloma-style cocktail sour. Hints of oak compliment delicate tequila and citrus notes, while gentle acidity and light salinity combine for a complex refreshing beer that resonates with beer and cocktail drinkers alike

Traditional Kölsch style ale fermented with pineapple. Dry and refreshing.

Kombine 2025 is an unfiltered, full-bodied blond beer (6% ABV) with a subtle hoppy aroma. A first for St. Bernardus as we have never before brewed a bottom-fermented beer. Additionally, this beer does not undergo bottle fermentation, another first in our brewing tradition. And if that was not challenging enough, we also committed to brewing this according to the German Reinheitsgebot! We used
Weihenstephan’s yeast and a blend of hops from both our own and Weihenstephan.

Connoisseurs will recognize the ‘oxymoron’ or the apparent contradiction in the beer’s style and name. An unfiltered Helles is, by definition, a contradiction. We find this tension incredibly intriguing, as it mirrors the duality of our brewery: our beers are iconic and steeped in tradition and authenticity, yet we also enjoy pushing boundaries to appeal to the adventurous beer drinker.

The visual identity of Kombine 2025 continues the design introduced with Braupakt. The label once again features St. Bernardus and Saint Korbinian, the founder of Weihenstephan. These two iconic figures were brought to life by the Belgian illustrator Xavier Truant, who also created the now-famous illustrations for the elevator shaft in our

Collaboration with Malteza Cerveceria for MXPDX connecting brewers in Mexico with brewers in Portland. Named after Cōātlīcue the Aztec goddess who gave birth to the moon, stars, and the god of sun and war. Tasting notes of cactus fruit and watermelon

We love the characteristically unique fruity and tropical flavors that New Zealand hop varieties have to offer, and Nelson Sauvin has a long standing as one of our favorites. Its name is derived from the distinct flavors of Sauvignon Blanc grapes that this hop imparts, giving it an almost vinous quality. This happy hazy IPA is an experience of its own; Full notes of overripe papaya and guava round out the flavor profile with just a touch of resin for balance.

DOUBLE IPA collaboration with BONEYARD BEER

An absolutely smooth, explosively fruity West Coast Style Double IPA.

Big. Strong. Sharp. Malty. Boneyard’s legendary DIPA, Hop Venom, and Fort George’s Electric Surfboard are equally capable of crushing the boredom out of summer beer. Nothing says “I am ready for something to happen,” like a crisp, bitter, malty, almost excessively dry-hopped Double IPA. We worked together on this one, which makes it double electric and double venom.

Packed with cryo hops, Electric Venom has a seriously fruity nose and a dry, pithy finish. It’s the perfect union of two of the best Double IPAs in the PNW.

Hops: Chinook, Mosaic, Chinook Cryo, Columbus Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic

Malts: Rahr Pilsner, Linc White Wheat, Weyermann Acidulated

Fun to drink, fun to say. This fruited sour wallops your palate with tidal waves of tangerine and vanilla bean. A sweet and tart backbone provides a rich and soft mouthfeel. FYI: this beer contains Lactose.

Drinks like a Tiki-Drink! Something Like Love, is a semi-tart and fruity ale ready for drinking under the sun! Refreshing, bright, and invitingly tart. Stone fruit and expressive berries lead the way, while a fun light “peppery” finish sets this beer apart from other fruited ales you are use to. Throw an umbrella in it, enjoy it under an umbrella, or just think of umbrellas when drinking Something Like Love!

We’ve added some zest to our traditional farmhouse Saison— Lemon zest that is. Let the large citrus, and apricot flavors of pFriem’s Lemon Zest Farmhouse Ale greet your taste buds before a finish that’s creamy, refreshing and tart.

This strong pale ale is bright golden with an amber hue. Pungent aromas of peach and guava. Hops fill the mouth with mango, gummy candies, and a hint of pine. Finishes assertive, but soft.

Brewed with 7 hop varietals: Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Galaxy, Nugget, and Summer. The Citra, Galaxy, and Amarillo dry hop gives it an immense citrus aroma and at 78 IBUs it has a big hoppy bite up front, but finishes as refreshing and clean as the calm after the storm.

A dry, sessionable stout, this batch brewed with Puff coffee and vanilla bean. The beer is creamy, roasty, and full flavored with the coffee bringing notes of chocolate and dark fruit.

Roverman’s Stout was imagined, designed and brewed by brewer Mike Bradley and named for a line in The Black Angel’s Death Song by Velvet Underground.

Our Saison Betta is throwing it back to a true pioneer, Seizoen Bretta, from Logsdon Farmhouse Ales. One of the original American Brett beers, this beauty took home the first-ever Gold in its category at the 2012 GABF.

This time, we’re using the same two Brett strains and hop combo: Fuggle, Golding, and Rakau. Layered on a crisp base of pilsner malt, wheat, and oats. It starts clean and biscuity, but after six months in our house, Brett, it turns into a full-on fruit bomb. Think stonefruit, mango, and a hint of tart cherry.

Belgian Dubbel with Tart Cherries

The classic Altbier profile is a favorite for my brother and I. After traveling extensively in Germany, we decided to give this style some passion and focus. Brewed with German malts and hops and cool fermented with a true to-style German ale yeast , this bronze colored ale is malty, yet dry with a subtle earthy, spicy hop expression. This ale is was designed to reflect the underpinnings of the traditional Dusseldorf Altbier. it’s bready aromatic quality and highly quaffable qualities will be appreciated by those who love tradition

You may want a whole case of this scenario.

There was a time when delicious, balanced, “macro-style” lager was being brewed in our backyard. That time is gone, yet’ we’re still drinking the beer that used to be made here. We want to change that.

An American wheat ale brewed with white wheat and dry hopped with hand-selected hops from the Yakima Valley. Bright and refreshing with a lemony finish.

A bold yet balanced American Pale Ale with slight caramel sweetness and aggressive citrus hoppiness. This is our flagship beer.

The chocolate and toffee notes from cold brewed coffee complements the hazelnut flavor in the rich Porter base. The end result is a nutty coffee delight!

Notes of Rose Petals and Pink Peppercorn, a maliciously delicious libation for the longest day of year seven.

Our new Kölsch collaboration uses pilsner malt and a dash of malted wheat for a well rounded mouthfeel. Light additions of Spalter Select and Calista hops add light notes of noble hop spice, light citrus, and a hint of currant. It’s just plain delicious.

Ferment Bière de Garde is brewed in a farmhouse style originating from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. The subtle nuances of this malt-forward beer come together to make something truly unique. Wild yeast from the slopes of Mt. Hood are married with spicy, herbal hops from Europe, producing un véritable terroir.

There are a lot of things to love about Cascadia, it’s signature dark ale being one of them. In Doug, our version of the beloved CDA, bold roasted malts and smooth rolled oats are balanced with a distinct, clean hop note derived from a hefty dose of locally grown Crystal and Horizon hops. Raise your pints and let your Doug flag fly.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

Sometimes you simply want a beer that’s just delicious. One that’s crisp and flavorful, a subtle balance of malt and hops – a traditional beer. You don’t just want a kölsch, you want a beer that’s Kölschtastic

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.

Brewed with a tantalizing blend of dark malts and conditioned with chocolate and red and black raspberries. A most romantic concoction balancing rich notes of chocolate ganache and bountiful berries.
