In the peak of Autumn, Kyle traveled back to England to visit friends, to center and reacquaint himself with the culture that has so greatly influenced his brewing style.

In the Lakes District, Kyle spent time with his friend, Matt Clarke, who owns Lakes Brew Co. Matt crafts inspiring, thoughtful beers. They hiked the lakes, swapped stories, shared meals………000o00000
0000 and pints, and created a collaboration brew together.

Kyle wanted to commemorate the time he spent in England with a special beer, a nod to Ambleside, where Lakes Brew Co. is opening a pub, and where Kyle stayed during his visit. Ambleside Pale Ale, is a tribute to Matt and the meticulous, flavorful brews from the Lakes Brew Co. team.

As the seasons shift and the chill of winter gives way to the warmth of spring, this partnership of pears, plums, and apples emerges as a real delight. This seasonal treat really made us wonder why we hadn’t tried out this combination of flavors before now. Delicate and juicy Northwest dessert pears are met with warming, slightly tart Northwest red plums to provide a balanced fusion of flavor. From winter warmer to springtime sipper, this one checks all the boxes.

A deliciously tart blend of 100% NW apple cider and fresh pressed Concord Grapes. The result is a delightful treat, reminiscent of your childhood grape juice box.

This collaboration highlights the classic energies of our friends from Terminal gravity while simultaneously showcasing their progressive and innovative side. It doesn’t take a mathematician to realize that Citra+Simcoe+Mosaic= something uniquely northwest. This hazy IPA is beaming with elements of blissfully ripe apricot, cured grapefruit peel and just the right amount of sweet dankness.

This is hazy our way: Loaded with tropical goodness and some back-end hop presence provided by a healthy dose of late addition Cryo hops and a novel blend of Norwegian kveik yeast strains. It’s not a juice box. It’s beer. Really good beer. Confident in cervisia nobis. (In beer we trust)

Crisp, light, refreshing pilsner with a hint of citrus

Zest Coast IPA is just the right amount of juicy for this time of year and a swell balance of bright and rich that tastes superb with your winter meals.

Appearance: Brilliantly clear, deep copper in color with ruby highlights with a medium tan head.
Aroma: High malt richness with hints of caramel, toffee nuts and slight chocolate. Slight floral hop aroma.
Flavor: Similar to aroma, restrained bitterness with a malty balance. Clean fermentation profile.
Mouthfeel: Full-bodied, with a soft and dextrinous mouthfeel. Smooth lager character.

This oak smoked peach lager is an alchemical elixir forged in the fires of the unknown. Sweet Sassy Molassy is a dark strong ale brewed with black strap molasses and matured in bourbon barrels. Complex grist balances notes of cured tobacco, caramel and gentle smoke with dark molasses, bourbon and oak.

Zesty and harmonious, Desert Oasis is inspired by the classic prickly pear margarita. Crafted with Mexican key limes and prickly pears, with a hint of hibiscus, oak, and agave sweetness, it’s perfect for dancin’ in the desert.

As winter makes its arrival, so does the tradition of “winter warmers”. Snow Cave is our take on a warming, winter ale to usher in the season.

A hearty malt backbone gives notes of toffee, fir and toasted bread crumbs for a malty and slightly sweet base. Brewers in the midlands of England would boil their barleywine ales for longer times to intensify their flavors. In making MASSIVE! we used only British Marris Otter pale malt and boiled for eight hours, giving the beer a deep ruby color and rich malt flavor. Heavily hopped, MASSIVE! is a beer that can be enjoyed now for its intensity, or after years and years and years of aging. 12% ABV Beer #40

Cetus is the name of the Sea Monster constellation visible in the Autumn and Winter sky.

Cetus has a solid pilsner malt base that is then accentuated by some great hops. Cryo 586-Krush. Idaho Gem and Cryo Columbus Hops bring a crisp West Coast bitterness and loads of hop flavor. The dry hop brings tasty flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and a solid light tropical flavor. Finishing crisp and drinkable.

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. We think you’ll agree that it’s just as flavorful as mom’s pumpkin pie and there’s no baking required.

Our friends at Big Nose Kate inspired us to brew a beer that pairs perfectly with their whiskey; featuring some of the same grains they use. With that in mind we made a light Vienna-style lager with Pilsner, Vienna and Rye malts paired with Spalter Select & Czech Saaz hops. Look for notes of fresh baked bread, subtle rye spice and a mildly citrusy hop finish. Swing those saloon doors open, cue the piano music and grab a pint & a shot!

Citra and Mosaic join forces with a gang of fresh hop Strata for a brawl of sticky citrus and resinous tropic aromas.

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

Over Ripe is a tropical hazy IPA brewed with a unique blend of hops. This beer is saturated with flavors of over ripe fruit like cantaloupe, guava, pineapple and papaya.

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.
