Ginja Ninja brings together fresh-pressed apples and whole ginger root for a cider that is a balance of sweet and spicy. Northwest apples are selected to compliment the tropical notes found in the ginger root. Much like the apple varieties used in cider making, ginger has a long and storied history. Traded longer than nearly any other spice, raw ginger adds a formidable presence to the profile of the Ginja Ninja.

We’ve taken heirloom apples straight from the lush orchards of the Hood River Valley and co-fermented them with the juiciest Oregon blackberries we could find. The result? A dry blend that’s a burst of ripe blackberry, summer apple, and raspberry sorbet aromas—a taste sensation that will have you coming back for more. It’s a pretty color too.

This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics.
