St.Bernardus Abt 12 is widely regarded as one of the best beers in the world and therefore also the real flagship of our brewery. It is brewed in the classic quadrupel style and adheres to the original 1946 recipe.

St.Bernardus Abt 12 is a dark beer of top fermentation with a robust head that is ivory in colour. It has a very fruity aroma that is the result of using our own unique yeast. It brims over with different, complex tastes and stands out through its long, bittersweet finish. It is an ideal partner for rich beef dishes and recipes with game. It also forms a perfect match with blue cheese and chocolate.

Real grapefruit juice gives this deliciously refreshing Radler (a blend of lager and real fruit juice) its amber natural cloudiness and pleasant tangy taste. The refreshingly fruity taste makes Stiegl-Radler Grapefruit a wonderful thirst quencher.

The beer has reached national attention for it’s use in bars and homes across America as an easy option for boilermakers and easy to make beer cocktails like the famous Stiegl Radler Paloma at 8up Drinkery and Kitchen in Louisville, Kentucky.

Radler translates to cyclist in German and this beer is perfect for a post ride beverage. In Austria it’s common to enjoy a radler during a hike or after a day on the slopes!

Grapefruit Radler was the first of many new Radler variations from Stieglbrauerei, which now include lemon, raspberry and cherry.

Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment.

The first 100% Italian beer made with Italian ingredients. An intentionally simple beer: Italian water, barley malt, hops, yeasts and two Italian spices (bergamot and coriander) which combine to create harmony and originality. Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

Pale as moonlight with bright notes of grapefruit and an electric tingle from the addition of Timur peppercorn. Not hot.

Every summer, Hope Ranch—the lavender farm owned by the Roulette family—bursts into bloom with vibrant shades of deep purple. They planted their first lavender in 2020, just weeks before Mike was diagnosed with brain cancer. Five years later, Mike, Ivy, and their three children continue to plan for the future—because like their farm, they’re rooted in hope.

The first sip of this amber-orange-coloured Kellerbier reveals a touch of caramel. Its fresh and fruity aroma is owed to the chosen hops and accompanied by a pleasant bitterness. In combination with a well-balanced malt body this wonderfully mild and smooth beer was created to please both, your tongue and mind. The hops chosen are the rare sort “Hallertauer Record” for bittering and “Hallertauer Perle” as well as “Hallertauer Mittelfrüh” for aroma.

Benediktiner Hell is a German Helles lager, known for its golden color and malty sweetness with a delicate hop presence. It has a crisp, clean, and refreshing taste with subtle notes of fruit and aromatic herbs. The beer is brewed in partnership between Bitburger Brewery Group and Benediktiner Weissbräu GmbH, following original Benedictine recipes.

Reissdorf Kölsch is a premium Kölsch-style beer, originating from Cologne, Germany. It’s known for its crisp, refreshing, and slightly malty flavor profile. The beer is top-fermented, then cold-conditioned for several weeks, resulting in a pale, light-bodied beer with a delicate dryness in the finish.

The apples are crushed and left to soak on the skins before the juice is wild fermented slowly over the course of a year, and aged in French oak casks. American IPAs are known for their citrusy hop punch, but we cranked up the juice on this one! Brewed with a blend of Cascade and Horizon hops, then dry hopped with Altus hops, codenamed “Experimental Grapefruit”, this IPA is a serious citrus bomb. Lively and bright, bracingly bitter, and eminently refreshing, you’ll wish it grew on trees!

Tasting Notes: The grapefruit character of this beer is more “grapefruit rind” than grapefruit juice. Bracing and bright with a pungent grapefruit aroma and a powerful citrusy bitterness. A real hop bomb!

Deschutes Fresh Squeezed Non-Alcoholic IPA has 220 calories per serving, but no calories from fat. It has 0.5% ABV and 45 IBU, and is made with Citra and Mosaic hops and 2 Row, Munich, and Crystal malts. The non-alcoholic brewing process helps preserve the beer’s tropical and citrus flavors, including notes of orange and passionfruit.

A crushable 4.2% German style Gose (Gos-uh) delicately kettle soured with “Nancy’s Yogurt” including organic coriander, kosher sea salt….and dill pickle juice! That’s right…pickle juice. Super crisp and quite refreshing. Some are gonna love it and some….well… just aren’t that adventurous.

Best Day’s Electro-Lime Cerca de Cerveza is a refreshing Mexican-style lager crafted with fresh lime purée and sea salt which has naturally occurring key electrolytes including magnesium, potassium, calcium and sodium. The addition of Motueka hops, add a unique flavor and aroma of tropical limes.

A spontaneous wild ale aged for two years in oak barrels with 46-year old pu’er tea leaves.

Turbulent Consequence is brewed using classic lambic methods from the Senne River Valley in Belgium. A multi-step turbid mash of unmalted wheat and barley undergoes an extended boil, along with aged hops. After the boil, hot wort is pumped into our coolship and cooled overnight, where thriving resident flora from our wild cellar inoculates the wort. It is then filled into oak barrels for spontaneous fermentation and extended maturation. Select barrels from the Turbulent Consequence program are used in various blends throughout the year.

Brewed with BRU-1 & Sabro hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Hoppy and tropically refreshing with a familiar, full-bodied mouthfeel, we crafted this alternative Hazy IPA using only traditional methods for those moments when only a “craft brew” will do.

Fruity and earthy, Prickly Pearadise brings some desert flare to the PNW. We use a fusion of NW apples & prickly pear cactus fruit to create a vibrant flavor oasis, proving that a little paradise can be found even in the prickliest of places.

The Pacific Northwest is home to the highest quality hops grown in the world. We put them to work in our IPA No. 5, an aromatic and flavor-filled hop forward beer with generous late-kettle and dry hop additions. This modern IPA is bursting with citrus aroma with hints of tropical and stone fruit flavor.
