Appearance: Brilliantly clear, deep copper in color with ruby highlights with a medium tan head.
Aroma: High malt richness with hints of caramel, toffee nuts and slight chocolate. Slight floral hop aroma.
Flavor: Similar to aroma, restrained bitterness with a malty balance. Clean fermentation profile.
Mouthfeel: Full-bodied, with a soft and dextrinous mouthfeel. Smooth lager character.

Sweet Sassy Molassy is a dark strong ale brewed with black strap molasses and matured in bourbon barrels. Complex grist balances notes of cured tobacco, caramel and gentle smoke with dark molasses, bourbon and oak.

Pizza Pals is the perfect beer for pizza: A super opaque, pale yellow hazy IPA. Dense guava and overripe fruit aroma, flavors of candy melon and orange zest with a smooth, soft bitterness and mild, comforting sweetness.

Brewers in the midlands of England would boil their barleywine ales for longer times to intensify their flavors. In making MASSIVE! we used only British Marris Otter pale malt and boiled for eight hours, giving the beer a deep ruby color and rich malt flavor. Cetus is the name of the Sea Monster constellation visible in the Autumn and Winter sky.

Cetus has a solid pilsner malt base that is then accentuated by some great hops. Cryo 586-Krush. Idaho Gem and Cryo Columbus Hops bring a crisp West Coast bitterness and loads of hop flavor. The dry hop brings tasty flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and a solid light tropical flavor. Finishing crisp and drinkable.

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. Symposium Cold Brew Coffee infused into our English Brown that was modified specifically to handle tea and coffee infusions.

Our friends at Big Nose Kate inspired us to brew a beer that pairs perfectly with their whiskey; featuring some of the same grains they use. With that in mind we made a light Vienna-style lager with Pilsner, Vienna and Rye malts paired with Spalter Select & Czech Saaz hops. Look for notes of fresh baked bread, subtle rye spice and a mildly citrusy hop finish. Swing those saloon doors open, cue the piano music and grab a pint & a shot!

Kriek with Brooks cherries Barrel Aged in wine barrels

Styled after the many great Doppelbocks of Germany, this dark, malty lager is fermented with a traditional bock yeast and imported MFB and Gambrinus malts to aid in obtaining some of that local authenticity.

Citra and Mosaic join forces with a gang of fresh hop Strata for a brawl of sticky citrus and resinous tropic aromas.

A masterful blend of 12-month bourbon barrel aged imperial stout that is loaded with the exotic flavors of the Hawaiian Islands. A combination of Alae Estate-grown cocoa nibs, toasted coconut, lactose, and macadamia nuts are carefully infused into this big beer to achieve maximum flavor. This unique stout presents like a collection of Hawaiian themed candies – rich, nutty, and toasty, with a bold chocolate finish.

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

The story of pilsner starts in 19th century Bohemia when a Bavarian monk smuggled a special yeast to a brewmaster in Pilsen. The story of pFriem Pilsner starts in the Pacific Northwest where it acquires the aroma of fresh grass and flowers and a touch of honey. While there are no monks involved in this pilsner, there is still a crisp and spicy finish.

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

Our hefeweizen is of the classic Bavarian variety. Made with 70% wheat, lightly hopped with German Hallertauer, it’s refreshing and slightly dry with the beguiling banana and clove notes that give away the provenance of the true weizen yeast we use. This is a German-style wheat beer the way it should be–no lemon needed to make up for inadequacy.
