Every September brings the Green Rush: the annual influx of brewers and beer lovers to the Yakima Valley to search out the best fresh hops. We’ve got a front row seat on our family hop farm, and this year, we’ve again partnered with the legendary Russian River Brewing Company to create a fresh hop IPA that tastes like striking gold – fresh hop gold, that is.

This fresh hop West Coast IPA features freshly picked homegrown Simcoe® hops for vibrant aromas of grapefruit, peach, mango, and resin.

In the first of our employee collaboration beers to mark our 7th anniversary, Taproom Manager Rachael Andrus has concocted a traditional style saison using Pilsner and Vienna malt. Imperial rustic yeast gives off fruity esters with a bit of spice on the back end.

At first, Rachael forgot the recipe, but in a fit of vivid inspiration, exclaimed “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now!” Her Heart Will Go On and she’ll scream “I’m Alive” if you order up this heavenly Belgian delicacy. PRICKLY PEAR BERLINERWEISSE collaboration with FALLING PIANO BREWERY

A Prickly Pear Berliner as beautiful as it is pink. Vibrant, refreshing and perfectly prickly, Colabadorable was designed for summer drinking. We brewed this pink drink with 25 pounds of prickly pear per barrel. Ultra bright, ultra refreshing watermelon Jolly Rancher flavors are cool and refreshing until the last sip.

Colabadorable was brewed with our friends at Falling Piano Brewery in Mexico City, Mexico for the first ever MXPDX Beer Festival in Portland. Falling Piano knows a lot about summer drinking – they have three times as much summer as we do.

Hops: Saphir, Berliner Blend

Styled after the many great Doppelbocks of Germany, this dark, malty lager is fermented with a traditional bock yeast and imported MFB and Gambrinus malts to aid in obtaining some of that local authenticity.

FRESH HOP HAZY IPA Collaboration with RUSE BREWING

The seasons are changing, daylight hours dwindle as hop farms across the land cut down their bines. The dark, low skies of the North Coast are filled with the probability of precipitation. For a third year, we’ve teamed up with Ruse Brewing to brew Sediments of Memory (from memory, of course). We crafted this brew utilizing our finest, warmest summer memories as a binding agent.

Sediments of Memory is a fruity, full, barely bitter peach-colored Hazy IPA with a slightly sweet finish. Brewed at Fort George with over 600 pounds of fresh Citra Hops from Coleman and about 20 pounds of memories.

MODERN PILSNER

A crisp, clean, adventurous Pilsner. Noble hops, Pilsner Malt and Astoria’s naturally soft, clean, slow-sand filtered water. Our water, already flavorful and balanced straight out of the tap, recalls the quality of the water that inspired the original brewers of Pilsner, in the Czech city of Pilsen, to craft a beer that reflected the tastes and qualities of their region.

It takes a lot of spirit and imagination to make something new. And sometimes, to make something new, you have to make something old. The result? A beer so good, we named it Pilsner.

It’s fancy for everyone, anywhere.

A creamy, malty, faintly sweet Nitro Bitter.

They don’t call beer “liquid bread” for nothing. It’s flavorful, versatile, full of grains and it goes with everything. It might even be better than bread. It’s certainly more convenient. No table, breadknife, or condiments needed. All in one.

Oddingtons is our salute to a timeless pint of liquid bread – a Bitter brewed for the Pubs and served exclusively on Nitro.

Fresh dank Simcoe hop cones

Inspired by Mexican hot chocolate, this bourbon and tequila barrel aged stout oozes with rich cocoa and spicy cinnamon aromas with background notes of sweet vanilla. It finishes with a hint of heat from roasted ancho chiles, complementing the full bodied decadent flavors. Microbes: Saccharomyces. Barrels: freshly emptied Heaven Hill bourbon and Cazadores tequila. Special ingredients: cinnamon, ancho chile, vanilla beans, cocoa nibs

A historic saison style beer made with calendula and homegrown yarrow flowers yielding a hugely aromatic brew that’s dry and bitter. It’s an excellent aperitif and always ready about a month and a half after the first spring yarrow flowers.

Mild strawberry with a hint of tartness

Every summer, Hope Ranch—the lavender farm owned by the Roulette family—bursts into bloom with vibrant shades of deep purple. They planted their first lavender in 2020, just weeks before Mike was diagnosed with brain cancer. Five years later, Mike, Ivy, and their three children continue to plan for the future—because like their farm, they’re rooted in hope.

With a rich malt backbone, this traditional Munich Dunkel features chocolate, caramel, and roasted coffee notes with a smooth, crisp lager finish.

We merged the elusive ColdFire Tiger with the Epic Claim 52 Kraken for a juicy flavor bomb you don’t want to miss on. As a part of our 10th year collaboration series, this collab with our local buds, was a must do.

2025 Fresh hop single hop Hazy IPA. Pellet Audacia in the boil and dry-hopped with fresh Audacia. Huckleberry, currant, lingonberry and pomegranate mingle with rose, lilac and lavender.

An exit to Eternal Summer Slacking as spring turns to summer and the desire for citrusy, crushable beer intensifies! This XPA features Strata, Motueka and Columbus to create the perfect summer slammer at just 5.9%

Taking our base kettle sour beer and exploding it with an abundance of fruit, like fresh pineapple juice. We added Chinook hops and the tart acidity comes in waves from the pineapple, as well as an addition of key lime. Finally, a small amount of True Terpenes Pineapple Paradise gives it an extra punch of tropical fruit!

Let me tell you, I’ve had the pleasure of personally sampling this in advance and it’s so freaking stunning, Yokosuka shipped us dried ginger root harvested from their region in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture and the ginger lemon combo is super smooth, tart and a little ginger kick all in harmony.

Like an epic sunset above stratus clouds, this Hazy IPA is bursting with colorful flavor. Brewed to project the bold qualities of the Strata Hop, this beer is big, juicy, and tropical with mild bitterness and a balanced, medium malt body. When the next adventure takes you to high elevations, savor the moment and know this recipe will elevate you to the Cloud Mentality.

Drinks like a Tiki-Drink! Something Like Love, is a semi-tart and fruity ale ready for drinking under the sun! Refreshing, bright, and invitingly tart. 80’s Action is a traditional Kolsch, 5.2% abv with a subtle malt sweetness and a hop character of spicy floral and fruit

The classic Altbier profile is a favorite for my brother and I. After traveling extensively in Germany, we decided to give this style some passion and focus. Brewed with German malts and hops and cool fermented with a true to-style German ale yeast , this bronze colored ale is malty, yet dry with a subtle earthy, spicy hop expression. This ale is was designed to reflect the underpinnings of the traditional Dusseldorf Altbier. it’s bready aromatic quality and highly quaffable qualities will be appreciated by those who love tradition

A bold yet balanced American Pale Ale with slight caramel sweetness and aggressive citrus hoppiness. This is our flagship beer.

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. We think you’ll agree that it’s just as flavorful as mom’s pumpkin pie and there’s no baking required.

Coming in at 7.3% ABV and 69 IBUs, this beer brings big tropical aromatics along with lasting hop flavor and finish. Fresh Outta Portland was brewed with over 100 pounds of Indie Hops’ fresh Strata Hops grown at Goschie Farms. These hops came straight from the farm to the brewery, nitrogen frozen, and put directly into the packaging tank. The fresh Strata hops are accompanied by Oregon-grown Chinook and Meridian hops, rounded off with dry hopped Mosaic.

Ferment Bière de Garde is brewed in a farmhouse style originating from the Nord-Pas-de-Calais region of France. The subtle nuances of this malt-forward beer come together to make something truly unique. Wild yeast from the slopes of Mt. Hood are married with spicy, herbal hops from Europe, producing un véritable terroir.

Basque-style cider from the Columbia River Gorge

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

An imperial stout brewed with black strap molasses, licorice, and cherry bark, with vanilla added. Aged for 12 months in cognac barrels.

Robot Panda is a fruity and juicy Hazy IPA that is easy drinking from start to finish. This Hazy IPA balances a soft and fluffy malt body with big hop additions of Denali, Lemondrop, and Cascade. It’s the perfect Hazy IPA to kick off the summer.

NA IPA

Sometimes you simply want a beer that’s just delicious. One that’s crisp and flavorful, a subtle balance of malt and hops – a traditional beer. You don’t just want a kölsch, you want a beer that’s Kölschtastic

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.

A blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from several AVAs that has come together in a simple, tasty little wine. Great with a burger. Great with great company.

Our hefeweizen is of the classic Bavarian variety. Made with 70% wheat, lightly hopped with German Hallertauer, it’s refreshing and slightly dry with the beguiling banana and clove notes that give away the provenance of the true weizen yeast we use. This is a German-style wheat beer the way it should be–no lemon needed to make up for inadequacy.
