Our choice of hops for the Killer Green were a little late this year, so we decided to craft a sister brew with fresh Perles to fill the thirsty void. Killer Red has distinct apple/pine/orange notes from the hops, and pulls that biscuit/caramel character you find in our India Red Ale (“IRA”). Drinks like it’s IRA, but the extra strength is worth respecting. 7.3% ABV, 88 BU

A play on the heritage of Portland Cider, this cider was crafted to represent the owners Jeff & Lynda. Aged for over two years, this dry cider is a blend of 30+ heirloom varietal traditional cider apples from Yamhill county blended with our classic NW apple cider base. The perfect marriage of English tradition and NW apples to create a stunning masterpiece.

Our take on an English style cider, made with 100% Northwest apples. Kinda Dry is an ode to the heritage of owner Lynda’s home of Somerset. Balanced & crisp, this semi-dry cider has multiple Gold medals to its name & is our best selling cider.

In our dreams, late at night, snug in our brewery employee beds, we dream of lagers. Dark lagers, light lagers, amber lagers, traditional lagers, hoppy lagers. These dreams are not as deadly as the creepy contagious nightmares of Gujaareh, but they’re no less serious.

Lagers winning awards. Lagers emerging from the tank in crystal clear perfection. Refreshing, golden Lagers rising up from the depths of the brewery to obscure the bright rays of a pale and hazy sun.

Hop Harvest 2024 is a hazy IPA bursting with explosive flavors of strawberry, resin, and herbal dankness, thanks to fresh Strata hops from the 2024 harvest. Brewed with a blend of freshly picked and dry-hopped Strata, this beer delivers a vibrant, effervescent profile that’s quintessentially fresh-hop and undeniably tasty.

Festbier was brewed in the Spirit of cheerful collaboration with out inspiring friends at Gold Dot Beer.

When you float the river, you need something to keep you cool and refreshed and Carver is just that. Light, dry, and just a little fruity thanks to some small Calista and Citra hop additions.

Long Rain is a Japanese Rice lager inspired by the eternal rains of Venus. We dry hopped our newest slammer with Lorien from Indie Hops that have notes of sweet hay, lime zest, and wildflowers.

German malted grain, hopped in the kettle with German and Czech hops. Fermented low and slow with our house lager strain, we finish with a light but pungent dry-hop. ⁠Hoppy, Crisp, Quaffable, Aromatic.

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood. Watermelon Wit is a fun foeder aged beer using a classic Belgian wheat beer base with coriander and bitter orange, then matured in oak with watermelon purée and a little brettanomyces.

Ferment White River Saison Ale follows in the tradition of the small farmhouse breweries of Wallonia. We combine malts and hops from the Belgian, French, and German countryside, which then ferments with yeast captured from the wind on the slopes of Mt. Hood to create a truly unique ale that is both refreshing and wonderfully complex

This West Coast style Pale Ale is brewed for a big hoppy finish. Golden to copper in color. The malts used to create the beer will balance nicely with some of the Yakima Valley’s most bonafide hop varieties: Citra, Mosaic & Cascade. The floral aroma should jump out of the glass thanks to the copious quantities of hops used in the dry hop process. If you are a “hop head”, hop on!!!

Ferment Woodsman Porter embodies the spirit of Ferment. Malts from England, Belgium, Germany, and Chile come together in a mash imparting a rich, fruity character. Hop varieties from England and the Pacific Northwest combine with wild foraged Doug Fir tips to lend earthy evergreen notes. Facial hair and flannel optional.

Those that feast of the flesh, which has a mild kiwi sorbet flavor, will be endowed the strength and ferocity of the dragon. Side effects include breathing fire and other unknowns.

Here is our stout. It’s just a stout. We aren’t trying to do anything fancy with it. It’s roasty; it’s satiating but not sweet or heavy: it’s got enough balance to keep things drinkable. Sure there’s some nuance to the malt, but this isn’t the sort of beer you’re supposed to nerd out over.

This ruby black Oatmeal Stout is brewed with pale malt and specialty dark malt with rich notes of roast, chocolate ganache, cold brew, and caramel softened by a smooth oat body.

In Cologne, many a brewery produces a light-bodied ale with a delicate fruitiness and rounded maltiness, attributable to the unique yeast strain commonly used. Our Kölsch is unfiltered and more generously hopped than its German cousin. 5.2% ABV, 40 BU

Marrying German malts and yeast with freshly picked hops honors the nuptials of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. Their festivities sparked the advent of the Oktoberfest celebration in Munich. Auburn in color from the Munich malt, which provides a rich and distinctive aroma, Oktoberfresh starts malty but ends crisp and refreshing. Every year we select a hop from an Oregon hop farm partner for the fresh hop addition. 2018 featuring Hallertau hops from Goschie Farms. Prost!

Our French Pilsner begins with herbal and floral aromas, with hints of lemon on the nose, unfolding into bready and honey notes with a touch of spiciness. Traditionally a malt-forward pilsner, this lager sets itself apart from its Italian and German counterparts. Made with Jehanne D’arc Pilsen malts and Strisselspalt and Elixir hops from the hop-growing region of Alsace, it’s a taste of France right here in Astoria.

Tropical. Dank. Ripe.

This hazy IPA was brewed utilizing two of our favorite hops; Citra and Mosaic! The result is a tropical fruit medley with a balanced overripe dankness. Notes of pineapple, guava, lychee and citrus are the real show here, while the malt bill helps accentuate the fluffy mouthfeel known and loved in this style. This special IPA still finishes relatively dry to ensure maximum crushability.

Our buds from Loyal Legion in Portland, came all the way to Bend to help us brew this special sour ale especially for them. We decided to take this one to the next level and condition it on a wild amount of passionfruit, orange and guava for an extended period of time to capture the most we possibly could from these fruits. The result is this exceptionally exquisite, and limited, sour ale.

This easy-drinking, tart beer tastes like summer in a glass. Patiently soured with Lactobacillus then dry hopped with Lemon Drop Hops and chamomile, it’s juicy, bright and balanced with notes of pineapple, lemon and shortbread.

For our first Dry Cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtons and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard were pressed and fermented on our house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching. 6.7% ABV, Gluten Free
