Our nod to this Belgian classic is a study in balance—sweet and tart, bold and light on the tongue. We barrel-age this robust ale for three years adding fresh Oregon cherries, complimenting the chocolate, fig and leather notes. In Flemish, the name means “old world cherry.” Out here, it means, “pull up a chair and stay a while.”
