“Deep Seek is our year-round West Coast IPA, but we’re excited about how we’ve been able to evolve this beer. We have slowly evolved Deep Seek since our first batch, often pushing experimental techniques to drive intense, punchy hop flavor and aroma. Ultimately, we wanted to go beyond what we’re already excited about and present a beer representing the kind of West Coast IPA our Block 15 Fans crave.” Said Head Block 15 Brewer, Ted O’Hanlan.
