We use 2.7 pounds of fresh apricots per gallon of our Lambic-inspired Ale, to make pFriem Abrikoos. That may sound like a lot, but once you taste the pungent aromas of sweet dried apricots, grape, and cantaloupe and tart and tangy notes of baked lemons, pineapple nectar and canned peaches, we think you’ll agree, it’s just right.

Pours a light and vibrant shade of cherry blossom pink, under a bright white cap of foam, with champagne like effervescence. Opens with vibrant aromas of fresh wild strawberries, grapefruit, watermelon, and a hint of peach. These ripe aromas carry over to the palate and are accented by notes of fresh florals, mint, and minerality. Finishes soft and dry with tart cherry on the tongue.

Bourbon Barleywine is spicy and a bit surly, a beautifully big sipper with soft hits of caramel, baking spice and oak. Spicy and impetuous now, with years of aging, this big brew will mellow with transcendent complexity and luscious mouthfeel. It’s a sturdy nightcap to slip on, during and after a rich, saucy meal.

Imperial Stout was invented for Czar Peter the Great. pFriem’s Barrel Aged version soaks an entire year, for roasted malt and cherry notes to make you feel like a monarch yourself!

Embraces the fundamentals of the style, pouring a deep golden hue with notes of grapefruit and honeydew beneath a rocky white head of foam. It’s like a European waltz through sun-lit fields of fresh flowers.

In Belgium, Old St. Nick delivers a bundle of sticks to those who have behaved badly throughout the year. Just to be safe, we suggest foregoing cookies and leaving Santa a pFriem Belgian Christmas Ale. Brewed with coriander in a rich, Dubbel base, its toffee aromas and hints of fresh, ripe orange will leave a milk-chocolaty velvet coat on Santa’s tongue and guarantee that you won’t be getting sticks this year.

Flemish Etiquette implores you to wait and see if your host offers a toast before sipping your drink. Where his Belgian Strong Blonde is concerned Pfriem sees things differently. Waiting to taste a perfect harmony of strength and elegance, while sniffing its pear and clove bouquet is like torture. Clean maltiness, invigorating effervescence and just enough bitterness wait for no one.

Cozy up to the fire with a pint of pFriem’s Winter Ale and gift your taste-buds with hints of spice, orange zest, caramel and a touch of spruce tree. pFriem’s Prium is a fruit-forward Lambic-inspired ale with a modern plummy twist. You’ll think it’s grapefruit but really, you’re cascading through juicy, sweet Brooks and Italian plums from our friends at Sherwood Orchards. Rounded out by rosy hits of lavender and white spring flowers, its unique berry-like tartness is the perfect plum pairing for a night of doing anything. Or nothing. You choose.

When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic-inspired ale, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait.

Our nod to this Belgian classic is a study in balance – sweet and tart, bold and light on the tongue. OBK is barrel-aged for three years, with rich notes of raspberry, fig and leather, which linger long enough to contemplate popping another.

pFriem Frambozen is made by adding fresh raspberries to our Lambic-inspired ale, resulting in a deep fuchsia, pink foam-topped nectar, with perfumy aromas of fresh fruit, flavors of fresh jam, and a tart, prickly finish. If that sounds intriguing, just wait until you taste it!

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. We think you’ll agree that it’s just as flavorful as mom’s pumpkin pie and there’s no baking required.

When the first pale ales were sailed around the cape to arrive in India in the early 18th center, outcries of “Zounds!”, “Jolly good!”, and “Huzzah!” were heard across the East Indian subcontinent. Similar exclamations are to be expected when sniffing the piney aroma and tasting the big hops, huge citrus, and candy-like malt of Pfriem’s own IPA. Drink up, guv’nor.

Symposium Cold Brew Coffee infused into our English Brown that was modified specifically to handle tea and coffee infusions.

Our year-round coffee porter aged in rum barrels then dosed with cold pressed coffee. It has notes of rum, caramel, toffee, chocolate and (of course) coffee. It’s the beer that says “good morning” to you!

Our friends at Big Nose Kate inspired us to brew a beer that pairs perfectly with their whiskey; featuring some of the same grains they use. With that in mind we made a light Vienna-style lager with Pilsner, Vienna and Rye malts paired with Spalter Select & Czech Saaz hops. Look for notes of fresh baked bread, subtle rye spice and a mildly citrusy hop finish. Swing those saloon doors open, cue the piano music and grab a pint & a shot!

Vienna and Pilsner malts give us layered notes of caramel, toffee, and honey while Saaz and Spalter Select hops balance the beer with a spicy noble hop finish. It’s the perfect autumn beer for us.

Avast, matey! This here sour is a sure cure for scurvy – a tantalizing tart ale with blackberries and loads of lime. Ready to quaff a few pints of the good stuff? It’s arrrrrrrrrrr-guably the best sour you’ve ever had.

Styled after the many great Doppelbocks of Germany, this dark, malty lager is fermented with a traditional bock yeast and imported MFB and Gambrinus malts to aid in obtaining some of that local authenticity.

Aroma is all malt with notes of toasted malt, plum and raisin. Rich malt flavor with more of the same. A festive beer for the cold months whilst ruminating on world events.

This summer-time sour ale is soft, bright, and thirst-quenching.

Hard Seltzer with Sea Salt and Lime

A pillowy soft Belgian-style Witbier with a combination of German wheat malt and flaked wheat to ensure the body doesn’t fade into nothingness.

Substantial malt backbone with notes of toffee and toasted raisin wheat bread.

Casual moments call for an easy drinking beer— fresh and smooth, with nuanced notes of melon and honey.

Seeking out some haze? pFriem Hazy IPA has tropical aromas of clementine, peach, strawberry, mango, and papaya, and juicy notes of grapefruit, white grape, and whipped citrus. Creamsicle meringue rests atop a mysterious body of grilled mango and haze. If you’re looking for haze, you’re in the right place.

A golden wild ale aged in Cognac barrels. After extended aging, this was transfered into oak tank and refermented with Oregon Peaches.

Warm, smooth, sweet dried fruit and vanilla complement a commanding Brandy character. This remarkably limited version was 100% barrel-aged for 12 months in Brandy casks.

Our Flagship West Coast IPA, Pale in color with layered flavors of Berry, Pine, and an explosion of tropical citrus fruits.

A juicy fruit forward profile is balanced by mid-palate tannin and nuanced acidity. This blend of two separate Willamette Valley vineyards brings together the warmer microclimate of the Eola-Amity Hills with the cooler areas of the Cascade Foothills; adding both bright acidity and ripe aromatics. Excellent wine for casual evenings and weekday nights.
