Our head brewer Mike Hunsaker has had this recipe in his pocket for a while. Light and dry with flavors of tropical fruit, pine and dank grapefruit. Drinks like an old friend.

First in the series of single hopped experimental hazy IPAs. Brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Mosaic Dybaboost. We get notes of bright stone fruit and berry. Cosmic Departure is about using experimental hop products and process tweaks for maximum hop saturation and drinkability.

To make this Pilsner, the Portland Lager legends teamed up with their pals at Topwire Hop Project — a must-visit beer garden located ON the Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon. They started with a quenching, crushable base then added a thoughtful dose of the farm’s own estate grown Sterling Hops.

The culmination of years of experimenting with this modern interpretation of IPA, Pop has a lush, pillowy body and a complex, fruit forward hop character. Big juicy notes of mango, melon, berries, and limeade abound in this hazy brew.

Northleft is a hazy factotum of sorts perfect for everyday drinking. This IPA is generously dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Krush, and Citra Lupomax.

Winter seasonal ale has cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and Ginger root for those wonderful smells and flavor of the winter season.

A good beer for a good cause. Good Grief is a heartfelt collaboration with Anderson’s Tribute Center for National Grief Awareness Day. This hazy IPA is a comforting blend of sweet citrus, ripe stone fruit, and a hint of strawberry, finishing with a slight woody note. Its smooth, silky mouthfeel and mild alcohol warmth make it a fitting brew, offering solace in every sip.

New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin hops have much in common with the Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested nearby. Compare a glass of the wine to the pFriem Nelson Single Hop Pale Ale and you’ll see that both boast strong fruity flavors with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberry. You may even taste hints of berries and freshly crushed grapes in your pint. But don’t worry—you can leave your corkscrew at home.

Summer is great but you know what else is great? Spring. Fort George endeavors to bring a new, refreshing lager to every season and no lager style is better suited to spring on the North Coast than a nice, soothing amber lager. With its rich toasty malts, its low, soothing sweetness and a balanced, clean finish, you might as well be drinking the lager equivalent of a wool sweater, a thermos of strong tea, and the sound of the ships in the shipping channel blasting their fog warnings in the morning mist.

Iredale Amber is a toasty amber lager with a rich biscuit aroma and a very slight bitterness.

Dark and creamy, this stout shines with the addition of roasted coffee, chai spices & lactose.

Overcast skies inspired a dark and smooth oatmeal stout blended with cold brewed coffee, offering a full palate of roasted malts, chocolate and espresso.

Remember being a kid and wanting your own giant robot? This beer is like that – it’s like going back to a simpler time when caramel malt and some citrusy hops seemed like the most amazing thing.

Van Henion Helles Lager is a medium-bodied, classic German-style beer with a striking golden color and heady pour. Brewed with German hops, premium German Malt and yeast. This style of lager has become a staple among brewers for its drinkability and bright tasting notes. Afterall, “helles” translates to light, in German.

German Style Hefeweizen. Not your Widmer.

German style hefeweizen has traditional notes of clove, banana and bubble gum flavors. Keeping with the style the hazy golden color and medium body present a great warm weather beer. The hop profile is light and is there just enough to not make the beer sweet or too malty.

A true cider cocktail made with apple brandy distilled by New Deal Distilling. Luscious and creamy notes of banana bread and spice linger with the soft warming of the brandy.

Blackberry lends a beautiful purple color and sweet, slightly tart, earthy undertones. The ancho chili brings a savory aspect to the cider with underlying heat and a pleasant tongue tingle. This cider is off- dry and very drinkable.

When we add juicy, heirloom peaches to our year-old Lambic-inspired ale, magic happens— they unite, gushing with bright acidity, nutty undertones and a tangy finish. It does take eight more months of aging, but it’s well worth the wait.

Take a sniff of our raspberry Lambic-inspired ale, pFriem Frambozen, and huge perfumy aromas of fresh fruit will tease your nose. Take one sip and your taste buds will be embraced by the flavors of lavender and fresh jam before the tart, prickly finish will make you long for another.

Druif Rouge is our largest foray into the world of wine grapes. We paired our Lambic-inspired ale, aged in French Oak barrels, with Pinot Noir grapes from our friends at Trisaetum Winery. The result is Druif Rouge, featuring aromas of watermelon auf dark berries, and notes of juniper, plum, and kiwi. Enjoy the union of grape and grain!

Carefree island vibes are deliciously delivered with Las Piñas, our refreshing ode to sunnier days. Barrel-aged with fresh, chopped pineapple, this golden hued beauty is your liquid passport to the tropics. A delicious dance partner with rich game meats, Mexican mole and chocolate desserts.

Spontanée is a tart, complex and funky wheat ale, inspired by the traditional lambics of Belgium. Brewed with local malt and aged hops, then rested in our koelschip in Cascade Locks to capture the local flora needed to begin its spontaneous fermentation. This labor of love rewards us with a wonderfully complex beer, with bright citrus notes and deep earthy funk. A toast to the greats that inspire us daily. Santé!

Go beyond the pale, with aromas of berry and citrus, notes of mango, cantaloupe and a crisp, full, finish. / This bright pale ale illuminates golden with crown of white foam. Fruity aromas of melon, passion fruit, berry, and citrus. Fresh and juicy flavors of mango and cantaloupe. Finishes full, crisp, and satisfying.

Adding fresh, Hood River cherries to our barrel aged lambic ale makes us happy, but 10 months later, flavors of cherry pie and the dry, tangy finish are even more satisfying.

We combine fresh blueberries with our barrel-aged Lambic-inspired ale to make pFriem Bosbessen. Its aromas of ripe fruit, white pepper and tobacco lead to a bright, jammy flavor that finishes as tart and tangy as the berries themselves.

Riesling grapes from Brooks Estate Vineyard mixed with our Lambic-inspired base imbue pFriem’s Druif Blanc with inviting aromas of fresh bread and berries. Its notes of delicate rose petals, pear and green apple, and its dry, sparkly finish may think its fine wine, but it’s beer— we promise.

Dark Chocolate, Toasted Coconut, Hazelnut

In Belgium, Old St. Nick delivers a bundle of sticks to those who have behaved badly throughout the year. Just to be safe, we suggest foregoing cookies and leaving Santa a pFriem Belgian Christmas Ale. Brewed with coriander in a rich, Dubbel base, its toffee aromas and hints of fresh, ripe orange will leave a milk-chocolaty velvet coat on Santa’s tongue and guarantee that you won’t be getting sticks this year.

Belgians say, “Op uw gezondheid’” when toasting, but you don’t have to speak Flemish to appreciate the bold, complex flavors of fig dipped in dark chocolate, ripe fruit and toffee in this immense Ale. Op uw gezondheid!

Flemish Etiquette implores you to wait and see if your host offers a toast before sipping your drink. Where his Belgian Strong Blonde is concerned Pfriem sees things differently. Waiting to taste a perfect harmony of strength and elegance, while sniffing its pear and clove bouquet is like torture. Clean maltiness, invigorating effervescence and just enough bitterness wait for no one.

This Belgian-inspired blonde ale is deliciously complex and deceptively strong, with nuances of lemon meringue, tangerine and clove. It’s a fruit forward ale with a dry finish and a most refreshing, citrus kiss. Great with rich pastas, shellfish, hearty greens and robust dialogue.

Cozy up to the fire with a pint of pFriem’s Winter Ale and gift your taste-buds with hints of spice, orange zest, caramel and a touch of spruce tree. You may even sense the subtle notes of fruitcake, which might encourage you to share this Winter Ale with your family and friends. Unlike fruitcake, this is a beer that will not be re-gifted.

Munich’s Oktoberfest is the largest fair in the world, but you don’t have to go all the way to Germany to celebrate. pFriem’s Oktoberfest is our easy-drinking tribute. Its notes of honey, sourdough, and white grape will have you celebrating stateside.

Graceful caramel and baking spice aromas awaken your palate, reminding you of a treasured bottle of Bourbon. A hearty sip brings out fig and dried plum, expectant of beers showing the benefit of age. Brown sugar and dried fruit linger on the pallet, highlighted by a sophisticated resonance of American oak.

We use 2.7 pounds of fresh apricots per gallon of our Lambic-inspired Ale, to make pFriem Abrikoos. That may sound like a lot, but once you taste the pungent aromas of sweet dried apricots, grape, and cantaloupe and tart and tangy notes of baked lemons, pineapple nectar and canned peaches, we think you’ll agree, it’s just right.

Tropical fruit, grapefruit; dank hopiness

To celebrate the 14th anniversary of our friends at Bridgetown Beerhouse, we created this IPA with a ton of our favorite hops! HBC-586, Idaho 7, and Strata combine forces to showcase mango, pineapple, and tangerine in this juicy new wave IPA.

Substantial malt backbone with notes of toffee and toasted raisin wheat bread.

Each batch of pFriem Pumpkin Bier is made with fresh pumpkin and real spices in addition to the standard malt and hops. That’s why every pint is overflowing with aromas of vanilla, notes of cinnamon and touch of caramel. We think you’ll agree that it’s just as flavorful as mom’s pumpkin pie and there’s no baking required.

Although it is best served ice-cold, there is no need to shake or blend this margarita-inspired ale. The kettle-soured wort was fermented with lime and orange juice to create a crisp and refreshing concoction. We hope you find a sunny corner of the world to enjoy it!

Festbier was brewed in the Spirit of cheerful collaboration with out inspiring friends at Gold Dot Beer.

We put together an all-star cast of pumpkin maniacs: Dick Cantwell, founder of Elysian Brewing and the Great Pumpkin Fest now owner of Magnolia Brewing Company in San Francisco and Steve Luke, former Elysian creative brewer and founder/head brewer of Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle came together to brew up a classic Decocted Pumpkin Strong Ale fermented with Corporate Ale yeast and aged on Amburana wood. Watermelon Wit is a fun foeder aged beer using a classic Belgian wheat beer base with coriander and bitter orange, then matured in oak with watermelon purée and a little brettanomyces.

Ferment White River Saison Ale follows in the tradition of the small farmhouse breweries of Wallonia. We combine malts and hops from the Belgian, French, and German countryside, which then ferments with yeast captured from the wind on the slopes of Mt. Hood to create a truly unique ale that is both refreshing and wonderfully complex

When dragons roamed the land, warriors hunted the prized dragon fruit.
Northwest apples, raspberries, and dragonfruit combine in this fruit forward off dry cider. The dragon fruits cactus like neon magenta skin and lime green scales mimic the mythical dragon. Those that feast of the flesh, which has a mild kiwi sorbet flavor, will be endowed the strength and ferocity of the dragon. Side effects include breathing fire and other unknowns.

Our buds from Loyal Legion in Portland, came all the way to Bend to help us brew this special sour ale especially for them. We decided to take this one to the next level and condition it on a wild amount of passionfruit, orange and guava for an extended period of time to capture the most we possibly could from these fruits. The result is this exceptionally exquisite, and limited, sour ale.

This easy-drinking, tart beer tastes like summer in a glass. Patiently soured with Lactobacillus then dry hopped with Lemon Drop Hops and chamomile, it’s juicy, bright and balanced with notes of pineapple, lemon and shortbread.

For our first Dry Cider, we kept it simple and local. Newtons and old world cider apples from the Double Mountain Orchard were pressed and fermented on our house yeast strain. We gave it plenty of time to dry out and develop wondrous aromas of juicy pear, lychee, green fruit, and chamomile. It finishes tart, crisp, dry, and quenching. 6.7% ABV, Gluten Free
